“I have submitted many emails in regards to the shipping time as none was provided with no response. I ordered on June 27 and it’s now July 12th. Really not sure if I will ever be getting these wheels. Customer service is awful.”

“I purchased skates as a gift and they have arrived with the box damaged even the handle is missing not really appropriate for a gift I presume they were returned in this state by another customer and just sent out again I'm now worried the skates themselves will also have faults, I did email as soon as they arrived but have not received a response”

“I paid 5 quid for an anti slip design. Just had a leaflet through the door telling me to pay 7 quid postage and that was after paying 4 quid In postage on the site. How disgusting you wouldn't tell me that before I purchased.”

“If I could give them a zero, I would. Ordered the lovely Moxi Ivy Jungle skates, which are stunning. Website said a UK3 which they said was a moxi 5. I didn't think anything of it until going onto the actual Moxi brand website where their size guide says a UK size 3 is a moxi 4. Proline skates got defensive and have since refused a refund or return due to them being opened. I emailed Moxi and they confirmed that a UK 3 would be a moxi 4. So Proline Skates are falsely advertising sizing and do not bother to reply to further emails.”
