delivery was awful....please no longer use dpd....they treat you like dirt otherwise if you had not have used dpd then the review will be 5 stars great service from proline

I have not recieved my parts yet and i am very disappointed as i ordered them wednesday 6th september morning around 10am and i payed extra for the 1-2 working day delivery and i still haven’t received them yet

Poor quality when product arrived purchased a Santa Cruz longboard and half the paint was or as looking as if it was untidy paint or someone tried painting over the worn in and did a bad job and didn’t even finish!

Laces I purchased were terrible, they were advertised as having moulded lace ends however this was not the case. Caps came off straight away making them unused

I am still in shock by the appalling customer service I have received from Proline Skates. I ordered some skate covers for my son's skates (size 5). The set I ordered should cover a skate up to size 5.5. Once received I could not fit them on my son's skates - I tried and tried and I even broke a nail in the process. I rang customer service to see if they could send me a bigger size but that they would also pay for the postage back as the website had advised they would fit a size 5 skate -which it didn't. The customer service agent went to get a skate cover and said he could fit it on a skate that was size 5.5 and pretty much called me a liar. After going round in circles, the customer service agent was not going to pay for the return of the product. After much debating he finally agreed to pay for the return, but on the condition he would deduct £2.90 from my return if he could fit it on a skate. Anyway to cut a long story short, he deducted the £2.90. After also not refunding me for the postage to my house I was only refunded £10 in the end. For such a small amount of money to pay my postage - you would have had a happy customer, and I would have ordered a bigger size. I now have no confidence in ordering from your website again - the customer service agent was very rude and if I ordered something again that was faulty I would be worried that I would not get a refund. Please think twice before ordering with Proline Skates.

Hi there, We have spoken with the colleague involved here to get the full story. Firstly, the colleague in question did not call you a liar, he stated that the guards we had in the size you ordered fitted the skate size you were trying to fit them to by trying them on. This is not calling you a liar, this is just stating that product you purchased was correct in size to what was listed. You then ended up berating him for 10 minutes about how he called you liar for just stating that something fit when he tried it for you. You are correct in that it was stated we would send a free postage label and deduct the postage from the refund if the item did fit a Box 5 as stated on the listing. The item did fit a box 5 when returned so the the cost of return was deducted from your refund. We have taken images of this and are more than happy to send these over if you wish to see these. We do not appreciate the manor in which you spoke to our staff and can only hope that you do not speak this way to others in the future. Manners cost nothing.

The picture shown a front and rear axle, I needed a rear axle replacement so I obviously bought it thinking it had the both then when it arrived it was only the front. So if possible could I get a refund

Hi there, Looking into your order, I can see that you have ordered the short, 38mm front axle. This would have been the title of the product when you purchased the item. You are more than welcome to send the item back for a refund if this is not the size you meant to order. Ordered a premium practice Jersey and they didn't have any in stock so they sent me a cheaper alternative without mentioning it or refunding me the difference. After contacting them (via phone as I sent 2 emails but didn't get a reply) they offered to refund me the price difference. I had to return the item as it was not what I wanted / ordered.

Hi Benjamin, We are sorry you were not notified before an alternative was sent out. We can see that we only received one email from you, looking at the notes from your order, you were asked to resend your emails as we had not received any previous correspondence from you. Looking at the emails with yourselves, we did offer the price reduction down to the price of the cheaper item you had received plus an additional 15% refund on top of that if you wanted to keep the alternative you had received or we would send you a free returns label. I can see you opted for the free returns label and this has now been received and fully refunded for you.

I still haven't received the package! It has been a week, and it was supposed to come in 2-3 days. I was patient as there was a bank holiday on Monday. But the tracking number doesn't work and I haven't had a response from my email (admittedly it was sent on Saturday and we are now early Monday morning). So right now I'm not vet impressed with your service, sorry! You did ask...

Hi there, Looking at your order was despatched on the 4th due to the Bank holiday. As you had selected standard delivery this is a 2-4 working day delivery as per our delivery terms. This was sent with RM so all going well should turn up today which is the 4th working day. Regards
