My skates were due to be delivered on 28/05/21, so i waited home excited all day and unfortunately they didn't come. I'm still waiting for them to deliver on 01/05/21, so I hope they come soon.

Hi there, Looking at this for you, it seems you have supplied us with an incorrect postcode for delivery. Without the correct delivery information it is hard for our couriers to deliver your item. I am extremely disappointed with the purchase and the service when I requested a refund. I bought the Rollerbones Wheels and the images came off after the first skate session. It was dry, and flat and I was completely shocked. I then was outraged when Proline said they cannot refund it as they can see my skate was dirty, and that the image is likely to wear away if it they get wet. But it wasn't wet as my skates are suede. I sent images only a few days after purchase, and they are going to do nothing about it. Even if these wheels were used for weeks, I wouldn't expect this amount of wear to the images. It disgraceful and I highly recommend not purchasing.

Hi there, We are sorry you feel this way. We have explained the reasons in all direct e-mails to yourself but we will re-iterate below: As can be seen in the images you have supplied, the underside of your skate and the cores of the wheels have dirty water marks all over them. The graphic is going to rub off and with the aid of dirty water this is going to happen quicker. The graphic will wear under normal use and is not a case for concern as this will not affect the integrity of the wheel in the slightest. We cannot accept used wheels back for return unless there is a manufacturing fault and a graphic rubbing off does not constitute a manufacturing defect. Regards

I have still not received my order and all yous could say was it was sent without trying to track my order or help in any way ? I got in touch with your courier company and they were just rude and very unprofessional in all ways possible

Hi there, Looking at your order details, this order was from October 15th, Tracking indicates the shipment was delivered on the 16th October @ 14:48. Looking at all e-mail communication, we e-mailed you regarding this order on October 30th and sent over all relevant tracking information.

Hi there, Looking into your order, you placed an order and chose our free/ standard delivery option. The order was placed on the 4th November and you received the item on the 6th. Had you required next day delivery you would have had to have selected this when placing the order. in this instance, you did not.

Hi there, We do not offer or advertise a 50% off coupon anywhere so do not understand where you are getting this from. If it is from a random voucher code site then that there is your issue. We do not give these sites any special codes and never have.

Hi there, Looking at your order, the item was dispatched Monday the 1st and arrived with you on Friday the 4th. We are sorry if there was any delay but due to the Bank Holiday there will usually be one day delay in shipping due to couriers not operating on Bank Holidays. Thanks

Hi Mr Burns, Looking at you order record, you placed an order 21st December and tried to file a warranty claim for a pad set on 13/5/20. I'm afraid the pad set ordered carries a 90 day warranty due to it's use. This has been relayed to you on many occasions and 3 months on you are still leaving vile comments on our social media/review platforms. We are sorry your warranty was unsuccessful but we are afraid it is out of our control and there is no more we can do for you.

I haven’t received a receipt e-mail and it is affecting my ability to take out the warranty on the skateboard
