The picture shown a front and rear axle, I needed a rear axle replacement so I obviously bought it thinking it had the both then when it arrived it was only the front. So if possible could I get a refund

Hi there, Looking into your order, I can see that you have ordered the short, 38mm front axle. This would have been the title of the product when you purchased the item. You are more than welcome to send the item back for a refund if this is not the size you meant to order. Ordered a premium practice Jersey and they didn't have any in stock so they sent me a cheaper alternative without mentioning it or refunding me the difference. After contacting them (via phone as I sent 2 emails but didn't get a reply) they offered to refund me the price difference. I had to return the item as it was not what I wanted / ordered.

Hi Benjamin, We are sorry you were not notified before an alternative was sent out. We can see that we only received one email from you, looking at the notes from your order, you were asked to resend your emails as we had not received any previous correspondence from you. Looking at the emails with yourselves, we did offer the price reduction down to the price of the cheaper item you had received plus an additional 15% refund on top of that if you wanted to keep the alternative you had received or we would send you a free returns label. I can see you opted for the free returns label and this has now been received and fully refunded for you.

I still haven't received the package! It has been a week, and it was supposed to come in 2-3 days. I was patient as there was a bank holiday on Monday. But the tracking number doesn't work and I haven't had a response from my email (admittedly it was sent on Saturday and we are now early Monday morning). So right now I'm not vet impressed with your service, sorry! You did ask...

Hi there, Looking at your order was despatched on the 4th due to the Bank holiday. As you had selected standard delivery this is a 2-4 working day delivery as per our delivery terms. This was sent with RM so all going well should turn up today which is the 4th working day. Regards

Haven’t received the order yet, despite being assured it would arrive for Christmas Eve, after being asked to cancel order in Amazon and order directly from the shop by Proline customer service staff. Very disappointing for me and for my daughter as she had put it in her wish list for Santa.

Hi there, You ordered a wheel with bearings installed. The item does not state it comes with axle anywhere in it's description and does not show an axle anywhere in it's imagery. Leaving a one star review for something that is not stated anywhere in the product is a little harsh.

I ordered a set of skate guards for my son, these came with a piece missing. When I contacted proline skates, I was informed that a new set would be dispatched the next day, this was at the beginning of June 2021, and I am still waiting for a replacement set. It is now mid July.

I ordered skates and one didn’t fit when I called they recommended me to order straight away one more and refund the skate later. I order new one I sent back the other but never received the money back. When I called they say that I must keep the tracking number because they don’t check if or what they receive in their stock. When you send back there are papers to put in the box and out of the box but still they don’t know whether they received or not. Very bad and rude customer service too.

i have ordered 4 skates and refund one of them because it didn't fit they do not refund my money back, i couldn't find the tracking number but so poor that they are not able to even check whether if you received or not. so poooorr.

Hi there, As stated on the telephone conversation with yourself. We cannot refund an order from word of mouth 60 days after said item was returned. We have no return paperwork for your order and you were unable to provide us with a tracking number for the return when requested to ensure the item was back with us. You were very rude about this on the phone but we are afraid the return is the customers responsibility until the item is back with us as stated in our returns policy. As we have not got any paperwork from you showing the item back in our returns folder we have no way to prove the item is back with us and as you were unable/unwilling to give us the tracking number for the return we were unable to check this any further. Without these things we are unable to refund the order.
