Firstly I nearly had my order cancelled due to being a "high risk buyer" no idea what that means nor does my bank of whom I had to contact for this matter. Secondly I have just opened the box and the liner of my skates are ripped which is just ridiculous, photos have been sent to your orders team, and third I did not receive my wax that you offer on your website, extremely unhappy with your company!

Bought Blunt metal bar extensions for my son's Blunt Heist. When they arrived, i couldn't fit them as they were too big for the bars. Called Proline, and they just said that they were for metal bars and not aluminium. NOTHING written on the page product description. No very impressed. Waist of time and money. Will not buy from Proline again.

This was my first order.I've just to introduced my grandson into skating to get him away from the computer.the dilivery was great!! They came the next day but big disappointment as they had been worn before ??they were all bobbly inside from wearing socks.the heel label insole was worn away I paid full price when I called them no apology was given and I was lucky that they had another pair I'm now waiting for them to come hopefully in time for his birthday!!.

I bought a product the 15th and they quickly made the transaction. 9 days later, the 24th, they finally took the time to package and send my package with only one product in. A product that was already in stock actually. So far I haven't seen the package yet and it's the 27th today. I have no idea when the package will arrive, and I have stopped caring. It will eventually pop up at my door step. If you need something within a span of a lifetime go shop somewhere else.

Ordered and paid for 2 pairs of skates in morning. Paid extra for next day delivery. Got an email from proline skates at 6.15pm to say they only had one pair of the skates I ordered. Asked if I want refund or different pair but needed same pair as for sisters birthday. Asked for refund as sourced from another seller and just to send me the one pair they had. Asked if I would still get next day delivery as paid for it and got a rude response back. No apology for the inconvenience no offer of money back for next day delivery I have paid for. Ordered the other pair from surfdome and they were brilliant. Constant updates on order and next day delivery as requested. Would recommend surfdome and definitely not use proline skates again. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service. Don't feel valued for spending my money at their shop. Still not got back to me regarding refund for next day delivery. Very disappointed.

I was very happy with the product but extremely disappointed with the transition as I payed 7pound extra to be delivered by royal mail but because my order hadn't been read properly it got sent by courier,they didn't try to leave it with a neighbour and left, therefore I had to ring yourselves and the courier to arrange collection as I didn't have the product for my child's birthday and didn't fancy missing them again,so eventually collected at my nearest halfords the next day.x

The worst place to buy something from. I bought a scooter in October it took that has been faulty from the beginning. I sent it back to them to check it. A month later I called them as they didn't not bother to call me back regarding my matter only to find out no one in the store had even had a look at it. They sent it back to me without doing as I requested and still didn't tighten up the screw I asked them to do instead made it impossible for me to adjust the part that allows you to bring the handle bars up. I'm out of pocket £150. I am really angry.

Customer had not left a house number or telephone number on the order. We e-mailed customer straight away and had no response until the 22nd June. Order will now be going out on a next day delivery now we have a house number.

Still waiting for my item despite paying for next day delivery. Now too late for my son's birthday. Very unhelpful staff. Will not be using this company again.

The most appalling buying experience I have ever had online. Box looked like it had fallen off the back of a lorry. Scooter inside had some scratches- not the worst, but scratches none the less. Phoned proline skates, was bluntly told to take pictures and email them. During follow up call that I had to make, was spoken to like a time waster and sarcastically told to go find the product for a better price elsewhere! All I wanted was an exchange, but they made it clear that didn't want to do business with me. If a market stall seller was so rude I'd be surprised. But a seemingly large online retailer? Shocking. Buy from them at your own risk.

The Box was intact , just a little scruffy on some of the edges. The scooter itself had a tiny scratch. It was a 2mm long mark (underneath the anodized paint surface, so barely visable) on the clamp. You would really have to look hard to spot it . 99.99% of all people wouldn't have made a complaint, but it was obvious this customer wanted to be as difficult as possible.None of our staff could believe he was complaining about such a miniscule mark. I offered to get the clamp changed but he wanted a whole new scooter sent out. So we arranged to collect the scooter and refund in full as i'm sure he would find a fault with any replacement sent out in exchange.

Can't be leave you would sell a bike with no seat lock and breaks do not work, I went to put bike up Christmas Eve and couldn't be leave it my son never had a working bike for Christmas!! Thank you very much for ruining my sons Christmas

We are very sorry you feel this way. Looking at your order and the e-mails to and from it looks like there was an error with your address where you had not supplied a house number which had caused the delay.

We are very sorry about this. You had a duplicate order come through our system. Your first order had a High Fraud score so we could not send this and you had been e-mailed regarding this. That order has been refunded so we have one pending order for you which is leaving us today.
