“My scooter did eventually come but it was supposed to come next day but it come like a week after that and on the website it wasn’t hovering me amy updates only the passed few days”

“well when i opened the package and took out the stuff i had noticed of the screws had been bent and i couldn’t fit it in to my skates. and for some reason i got the wrong size the website was glitching my phone out and i wasnt about to select the right size”

“It is such a shame you use or are an agent of Amazon to deliver your parcels. I don’t use Amazon unless I am desperate as I don’t like what the company seems to represent. Other than this, I have no complaints.”

“I received most of the items I had ordered. There was 2 rolls of pink stick tape I had order that were not in the package, however I believe that they may have been out of stock when the package was being packed and substituted for a more expensive pair of sports socks as I had originally ordered the slightly cheaper pair. Overall the products quality was good and I have not had a problem with any previous orders.”

“Honestly not 100% happy... I bought some wrist guards and they don't fit even though I followed the online measurement guides and went for the largest size - and were still to small - I understand your policy that the customer needs to pay returns, but in this instance as I did everything I could in advance to ensure the right size, and when arrived to small, therefore the sizing guides are wrong, then that just doesn't seem fair, especially as to return the item is effectively a third the cost of the item itself. anyhow anyhow - enough grumbling - but it does just reaffirm that in the end it is easier to shop through the likes of amazon with free returns... which is a shame.. cheers”

“The distance between two holes was bigger on the brake what I purchased. I have to drill one new hole on the brake flat side to match with holes on scooter and use one nut which was a pain to install.took me one hour to fit.I do not recommend”

“I bought these skates for my 11 year old granddaughter’s birthday. Highly engineered and understandably inflexible. It would have been helpful if there had been some written instructions as to how to a) get the skates on and b)how to expand them. We had to resort to a You Tube video to find all this out. However once on her feet, so far they appear to be fine.”

“Over all acceptable, Website was easy to use and helpful Payment was easy Delivery was fast and efficient Sharpening is very poor, one side of one skate has an edge. The other three are blunt. I know its a budget skate but the sharpen price is the same for all skates so I would expect better. This is my second order from yourselves and the sharpen on the two pairs i got was great.”

“Amazing service! I ordered a couple of days before Christmas and even with the Royal Mail strikes the delivery came the next day! I first ordered a size 6 but they were too small so I ordered a size 7 in hopes they would come in time for Christmas and the delivery came the next day again! Great communication and very nice quality skates.”

“Disappointed, was okay delivery time however I paid for my skates sharpened and you indeed did not sharpen them so have had to get them sharpened somewhere else, checked with a skating person and they agreed they were not done”
