“I’ve got my skates that I purchased quite fast, but I payed for sharpening as well , which I didn’t got, so I had to go my own, for a local sharpener and pay extra money for it.”

“The delivery take a bit longer as said, but that’s not a problem. Ordered two sets of bearings. Got an email they have just one set. As a newcomer for skating after 25 year I’d replied quickly just change for something else. As a pro shop maybe worth an other email or phone call if I really want to use two different set of wheel bearing.”

“Would of been 5 stars you may need to use different couriers as the one you used the guy was an idiot was supposed to get a signature but didn't just left parcel by front door and this led to what could of been a major problem which did get sorted but DHL are a joke.”

“4 star brilliant fast delivery and good service Son was alittle disappointed when opened the box as his scooter was scratch but had to remind him it will become scratch worse with him playing on it. Really happy thank you”

“Overall great service, very accommodating. Only issue is that on all emails etc they used the name from the billing details rather than the delivery information, so all comms were under the wrong name in my case. Minor issue but a bit frustrating. If it weren't for that it'd be 5 stars.”

“Paid extra to have blades sharpened had to get them redone as they were as bad as the hire ones my daughter was using. Even the person at the stake ring said they were bad. Price of skates were good”

“Gotta say a big thanks to Dan who sorted out the issue of me ordering x2 pairs of skates and Proline Skates telling me they only have one pair in stock a day or so after I had ordered (specifically on their website having the x2 pairs I needed). Dan dealt with it well and although I ended up with only one pair of the two I wanted, the issue was dealt with well. Might be worth emailing the company first to check their ‘stock’ is actually in stock before ordering.”
