“I have submitted many emails in regards to the shipping time as none was provided with no response. I ordered on June 27 and it’s now July 12th. Really not sure if I will ever be getting these wheels. Customer service is awful.”

“Great service. I had an issue with them not having the size of skates i ordered but they worked quickly with me to make sure i was able to either get my money back for the item or relace it (which i did getting a siclze down.) The skates were great quality along with the prtoection. The wheels were too tight when i got them but im pretty sure its common with most skates when you get them plus it was a really easy fix as the tool to fix it come free with the order anyway. Shipping was also speey and i had no real issues of it other than it being delayed but it was only by a day . The delivery people sent a text for when it would be there and actually stuck to that toming as well which was awesome. So absolutely would recommend them and absolutely will buy from here again. I do wish that they had some in person stores rather than just the one in cardiff”
