“I ordered safety gear from Proline for my Grandsons 18th. Royal Mail failed to deliver my order and said they would return the goods to Proline. I was very distressed. I greatly feared that my grandson would not get his present on his birthday. I Phoned Proline snd within 10 minutes a very helpful and pleasant guy had arranged to send the goods to me again and get them to me the next day. Thankyou Proline for your excellent customer care. I look forward to receiving the helmet and pad set tomorrow.”

“I have submitted many emails in regards to the shipping time as none was provided with no response. I ordered on June 27 and it’s now July 12th. Really not sure if I will ever be getting these wheels. Customer service is awful.”
