First, one of my items wasn't in stock and so they had to refund my purchase and the second part of my order hasn't arrived yet even though I paid extra for faster postage and it has been over a week since, will not be ordering from here again

Hi there, I can see we have replied back to you late last week. Looking at your order, you ordered a deck. Decks do not come with Wheels/trucks. This would have been outline in both the image and title of the item you had purchased. I ordered a pro tec full cut helmet and in the picture it had fatter pads and when I got it it had skinny pads I tried calling and have left emails and have heard nothing

Hi there, We have had no call or e-mail from yourself. Looking into the product you have ordered, the helmet you received is correct, the padding is going to be thinner for larger sizes. The larger the size the thinner the padding as the shell will just stay the same size. If you wish to return the helmet if it does not fit you please find our returns information at the bottom of our homepage. Thanks

Unfortunately I've not received the great customer service people speak of, or any for that matter. I've been awaiting my order since the 6th and it was then delayed to the 8th. It is still delayed and I've heard nothing and zero updates on tracking number available either.

Hi there, We are very sorry for the delays you received with this parcel. We can see the parcel was held by our courier for an unknown reason. After getting them to look into this they have claimed this as lost. We have gone ahead and refunded your order in full for you. Apologies.

Considering I've tried twice to contact the company via email I doubt this will be noticed. There are multiple items on the website that have no indication of size, along with no way to specify which size is desired. I assume this had led to many customers receiving the wrong size products as there is no way of knowing which size will be sent. This happened to me and I have had no response to either of my emails thus far, five days later.

Hi there, We are very sorry some items had no sizing on them. We have recently moved our entire website to a new platform and this has caused a few small issues with some older products. This has been mainly resolved now. If there is any item you are after and not sure on the size etc please give us a call beforehand and we will be happy to help.

Ordered 2 sets of the same Light up wheels. They sent 2 different sets 4 red ,4 white but look the same when unlit as the plastic in the same. They refuse to fully refund and have suddenly sold out of each colour so likely just sent the last two odd sets knowingly. After 3 emails they have not apologised once for their mistake and Pro-line are refusing to refund due to them having to being opened and used which they had to be to see the colour of the lights in the wheel. Waiting on a further response, will update.

Hi there, As per previously stated in the e-mails back and forth, it makes it a little more difficult once an item is used as per consumer rights law the item has been accepted in the condition they are in once used. We have responded to all correspondence from yourself and have been waiting on your response to no avail.

Terrible customer service, unhelpful and flippant responses to our claim for failed knee pad straps. Don't look on here, check their trustpilot reviews for a true picture of their service. Won't be getting anymore money from us.

Hi there, After looking into this for you we can see you were trying to claim a faulty product on a 6 month old wrist guard. Im afraid these are not covered due to wear and tear. Apologies.

I phoned to state which tech deck product I wanted sending out, waited for its arrival and it was the opposite. Last time you just swapped with another delivery. This time you want me to get to a post office and send it back yet Im house bound due to crohns I have been with proline for years but not happy with this error, especially after phoning to make sure

I have bought 2 items from proline one arrived and the other hasn't which I emailed them about. There communication skills are poor I'm still waiting and it's been a while.

Item arrived very good but at a large postage cost to me,item was as described but was to small...no returns postage so another cost to me so I won't use these again.

We are very sorry you feel our postage is expensive. We charge £3.95 for next day courier delivery, which you selected, this is actually cheaper than it costs us to send the item with our courier.

The buckle on my inlineskate broke in three weeks (the spring inside the buckle fell off) and I had to contact the via Email, Twitter and Instagram and they responded 1 month later. They've send me a new buckle and it wasn't even an original SEBA buckle, just some cheap one. The employee was unfriendly and didn't want to send me a buckle at first.

I ordered Ice skating, they send me roller skate. It was for my niece birthday present. the present was sent her address. So I couldn't open the box. When she opened the box she saw the wrong one. She was very upset :( I am going to complain now :(

I ordered a pogo stick and a wristband. The order arrived and the outer packaging was damaged. Once I opened it the actual pogo stick was damaged and the cardboard was all broken. Also the wristband I ordered didn't come. I emailed them and haven't received a reply. Terrible experience

Not happy with ProLine Skates!! 😤 Ordered some skates from their website which I had been looking at for a while. Showed as in stock in my size so ordered them in their sale. Was really looking forward to receiving them as they were a birthday gift but the following day got an email saying they didn't have any in stock and couldn't get any from the supplier. Not very happy with ProLine Skates and certainly won't be ordering from them again. Very disappointed especially as they were to be a birthday gift. Will have to look elsewhere. šŸ˜ šŸ‘Ž
