I was quite shocked at the state of the packing of the item I purchased. The socks were scrunched up and shoved into a small plastic bag, heavily creased and had a musty smell about them. At nearly £15 for a pair of socks I would expect more care to be taken. I shall not be ordering from this company again.

High postage costs despite slow postage time. If it's going to take 5 days then say that up front so I could make a better decision before paying the high postage cost. I could have got free postage elsewhere for the same postage speed.

I orderd a hockey bag 9th January and all iv received so far are emails telling me that there is an unexpected delay in delivery

Unfortunately my experience wasn't great. My autofill accidentally added an incorrect postcode and as soon as I realised the error I contacted them to advise and ask what to do (bearing in mind this was within a day or 2 of ordering). I was sent a blunt response that the parcel had to arrive back with them before they could do anything so I would have to wait - fair enough, harsh but fair. Over the weekend I emailed to check how the return was doing hoping that I could arrange it to be resent and found an email with a refund on! No email, nothing. Frankly for the sake of me paying a nominal additional postage for my error they've lost an almost £90 order and a return customer! Oops!

Yet to open product box, but the packaging it came in was awful, like a box that's been used, kicked about, with holes in. So we will see

I ordered a grip for a hockey stick, quickly delivered. But the product was faulty. The double sided tape was already exposed making it impossible to apply the grip to the stick.

1-2 days shipping does not include the date of order despite the order actually being given before the weekend meaning an order given on, say, Sunday wont be posted until Tuesday and wont arrive until Wednesday. The third day after order. Then the express delivery that wasn’t really express isnt even partially refunded on item return and the return itself costs another £5. Definitely a mistake to use this website.

Hi Heather, I can see you ordered on a Sunday just before a bank holiday which would have added further delay to your order. We are closed over the weekend and bank holidays as indicated in our openign hours. As stated, our express option is 1-2 working days which looking at your order, was achieved. You are also correct that express shipping is not refunded when returning items. This is outlined in our returns policy and we did actually get this delivered in the alloted express time. Sorry you feel it was a mistake to use our website due to this.

Was buzzing to get my new skates and had planned a meet with old mates for a skate so paid extra for fast delivery but wrong size skates wer sent so missed out on meet with old mates but the issue is getting resolved which I am happy about so thankyou for that

Still waiting for it! Ordered on Tuesday eve and paid for next day delivery. As per your website this should be processed before 3pm Wednesday so my delivery should be Friday. Get an email on Thursday to say it’s been dispatched, then get an email from Royal Mail saying it will be delivered Saturday. We’re now on Tuesday eve and it never went out for delivery Saturday or Tuesday. Who knows if it will come Wednesday (over a week from ordering) but I shall certainly not be purchasing anything from this incompetent company again. I did try your online chat function which appear to be permanently offline. In 2023 this level of service and comms is unacceptable and as for Royal Mail, I would never have ordered with you if I had k own as they are terrible. With so many great and much cheaper delivery options why you even use them is beside me. A response to this review would be welcomed

I am very disappointed with my order. As I ordered a pair of shoe for my daughter for Christmas and put express delivery ( ordered 20th December) today is 25th December I still didn't receive my parcel. Selecting Express delivery was waste of my money.

Hi Rhys, After looking at the tracking, I can see the item was delivered on the 29th after being shipped on the 25th. As you had selected standard delivery this is on a 2-4 working day service. The 31st would have been the last working day for delivery but you received the item before this date and during Royal Mail strike action. Apologies if you feel this is bad service

Unfortunately I have not received my order yet, although it was posted five days ago! I tried tracking it but Royal Mail won't let me until it is out for delivery, which I found very strange and not at all helpful. I will conract Proline Skates if it is not delivered by tomorrow. Not a happy customer at the moment.
