and asked why I left a one star review to which I explained. It has NOT been resolved however I’m being asked to alter my rating?????
When you collect and refund the faulty item I’ll change my review.”

As with any issue or complaint we take it very seriously and will try to resolve issues as swiftly as possible. In April you contacted us to say there was a fault with the legs. We contacted Rubi who arranged replacements for you. After this you have then complained the saw is faulty and would like it collected and refunded. We understand your frustration if there is an issue but as I am sure you understand we do have a process to follow. Our team have emailed and spoken with you on the phone trying to assist you. But our requests for information of the fault, images and videos and the serial number have all been ignored. This makes it very difficult to find a solution. Even so we still wish to help and have asked Rubi to contact you directly to see if we can come to a resolution.
