“I purchased the Jacoboard J-drain and didn’t realise that the drain and cover were sold separately. Delivery was prompt and we realised immediately that only the covering grate had been supplied. Customer services were very efficient (and available into the evening). We figured out that I had paid for the drain but the cover had been sent in error. Joe sorted out payment for the cover and made sure that the drain was dispatched promptly. It arrived the following day and I couldn’t be happier with the service that I’ve received. Not installed the drain yet but the product appears to be good quality. 11 out of 10 to Joe and the team in customer services!”
