“Pro tiler products are really good, only problem is with DPD Delivery first order arrived left by back door, he did not knock the door found 1 package damaged, ordered more of the same product not sure how much I would use waited outside for the delivery it was the same driver and when I asked him why did leave a damaged parcel i was told he did not have time to speak to me he did not damage it the package was clearly wet underneath and the weather was dry my driver was Mathew very rude”

You’re absolutely right, if it was known that the original product was out of stock, you should have been offered an alternative straight away, rather than leaving you waiting or having to find out another way. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide, and I apologise that we let you down in this instance.
We have reviewed your order and can see that the alternative product would have been suitable. Please be assured that we are addressing this with our team to ensure that, in future, customers are given immediate options when stock issues arise, rather than unnecessary delays or frustration.
