“Items arrived in good time, and communication was fast when I had a query, however one of the tubs of primer I received had sellotape holding down the lid, and a hand written number on the lid.. leaves me thinking has it been opened previously? Not happy as if I had wished to return a tub in this state it would appear I had opened and resealed it., why have you sold me a tub like this? Im concerned now it could have some missing or been mixed with something else or even past its date if been opened and therefore not effective..”

“Everything i ordered arrived in good condition and on the day it was ment to. £45 delivery fee is a bit expensive and the pallet was left on my driveway, the driver didn't even ring the bell he just dumped it and run away. I found it when I went to take the rubbish out.”

“On-line service was very good with fast delivery.
My only complaint being that the 3 boxes were left within the front open space outside the property but in full view and easily accessible to passing foot and vehicle traffic. The front door is to the side with a concealed porch way so the items would have been better secured if left in the porch way out of sight. As it was, a neighbour contacted me to inform me expressing her concern that 3 boxes had been left out the front, this could also have alluded to anyone that there was nobody home.”

“Easy to use website however the last 3 times Iv paid for next day delivery it hasn’t come when it’s suppose to. Packaged well.
Misleading website referencing delivery to be confused with dispatched. They dispatch to courier which you then have to wait for with no definite delivery timescale.
This is obviously done on purpose to make them look better than they are but if you are not in a rush then it's acceptable.”
