“I will not be using these again which is a shame has I brought from you regular. I ordered some materials from you and paid for next day which also allows you to put postcode in and they said next working day so I allowed an extra day has it was to Scotland.
I didn’t receive my order for over 10 days after chasing it several times has my tiler was siting around waiting.
I then cancelled on the 9th day and amazingly the order turned the next day which I do not need has I drove 70miles to collect from another store.
I now have these trim and don’t need them. Not happy with this they should off stated when I purchased these that it would be longer that specified.”

It seems that a system error had allowed selection of next day delivery to Scotland. Unfortunately, the delivery address was a remote area which none of our standard couriers can reach. We had sent contact regarding this to avoid surprises, and apologise if you had not received this. We have contacted again requesting if you need these picking up.
We would like to sincerely apologise that you had a poor experience with us. We place a real emphasis on quality here at Pro Tiler Tools, carrying out rigorous quality checks and are so sorry this slipped through. We really hope you'll give us another chance to impress you in the future.
