“We placed an order Tuesday last week for next day delviery. We are yet to recive our order, causing a large delay and costs on our project. We have had to purchase the missing items elswhere this morning. “Excellent delivery service, came on the 3rd working day after order, however the tiling trowel delivered was not the right one. To save time my husband decided he would make the one delivered work rather than lose more time returning & waiting for a replacement. Checked my order & it wasn’t the one I’d ordered.
