“Excellent company. Original delivery was delivered on time. Unfortunately the delivery driver damaged an item getting it off the lorry. I phoned up customer services and they couldn't have been more helpful. I took pictures of the damaged item, emailed them off and within 5 minutes a replacement item was ordered and delivered next day. They got me out of a tight situation with amazing customer service. It's in these difficult circumstances you find out if they company you ordered from are any good, and Pro Tiler Tools were great!”

Normally, for the Isle of Skye, I have to use multiple suppliers to get materials and get stung for huge delivery costs but PTT sorted me out very quickly and delivery was fast in in one go.
The courier damaged a few bags of adhesive, once notified I had them replaced within 24 hours.
Staff are experienced and very helpful no matter what the issue is, highly recommended.”
