“The squeegee and the handle (that was recommended for a the tool purchase) are not compatible. The squeegee has a screw in component, where as the pole is a clip on component. Now my job can’t be done for Monday.”
“The only reason I have given 4 instead of 5 stars is simply because I had 2 or 3 different delivery dates! It didn’t matter to me personally and the builders didn’t need it urgently either but other customers may have an issue with this!”

“Product eventually arrived as described.
I would have given Pro Tiler 5 stars but their delivery service DPD let them down
They tried to deliver the parcel and spoke to us via our intercom as we were at work
We told the driver to leave the parcel in a safe place, but instead he decided to walk around our property and then take with the parcel to a Co-Op in the next town 5 miles away instead of leaving it at our local Co-Op 5 mins away !!
So not impressed with DPD
