“Ordered 2 large items.
I was only notified 20mins before drop off luckily I was in.
Second purchase paid for next day delivery extra £6 dpd and it hasn't arrived next day although it said it would.”
“This was my first order with this Company, and unfortunately was marred by sending me the wrong item. For this I could really only give a 2* rating. However the error was quickly corrected when they were advised and a replacement was ordered immediately. This duly arrived within 24 hours and the courier also collected the wrong item to return to the Company, so for this I can give them 5*. Amend: After further consideration I feel I was a little harsh in my original rating. The only detrimental point was in the picking of the item before sending, otherwise this could have been a 5*. I have therefore decided to revise the overall process to 4*.”
