“I ordered a Hereford, Combo Gift bags, the bag was delivered on time. we loved the look, a very professional, strong quality bag. The only complaint and that might I add, was our fault as we actually ordered a small bag instead of the bigger size so we were unable to use it for the intended purpose. My advise is to order well in advance and request and pay for a sample before hand. Feel free to call up and ask as many questions as you like, I found the staff very accommodating especially Fred Steel whom I spoke to on several occasions. I will be using this company again in the future .”

“Good service with several helpful dialogues with agent 'Fred'. The order placed was delivered ahead of offered delivery date and the product is as described. We are very satisfied with the Company. The only downside was the frequency of reminders - we did not need that and in other circumstances it could have been OTT.”

“The service from printed for you was great, the product was good (Desktop advent calendars A5), but the supplier almost made me cancel the order with delivery dates being end of November and not leaving enough time to post to clients. They clearly took on more than they could handle and the delivery was shocking, dumped on the pavement. If it wasn't for Steve Worthy's honesty and reassurance we would have cancelled a very good marketing campaign.”

“The end result/print was very good. During the communication of exactly what was required, it took a good few number of attempts to get what I wanted, get it amended and get it to sign off stage. I am sure this part of the process could have been slicker. Overall Sam Lane was very helpful though and we got the print and quality we wanted.”

“I was a bit conscious that my delivery wouldn't be made in time even though we checked at least 3 times (when pacing the order and closer to delivery date). The trophies did arrive on the correct date and were perfect. Sam Lane was great at keeping me up to date as well”
