The end result/print was very good.
During the communication of exactly what was required, it took a good few number of attempts to get what I wanted, get it amended and get it to sign off stage. I am sure this part of the process could have been slicker.
Overall Sam Lane was very helpful though and we got the print and quality we wanted.
