“Liaising with Jamalle was a pleasure. From the initial enquiry through ordering and production the experience was a good one. Delivery went a bit wonky with only 2 of 3 boxes arriving together. The third one was dumped in a front garden where the rain destroyed the box. Luckily, the mugs survived.”

“Printed for you has excellent customer service. Kerbi gave me very quick and thorough replies helping me choose the right product. The pens came quickly and were as described other than the colour of the highlighter was different to what was described on the website. Would recommend and use them again :)”

“Matty was super helpful in getting these pencil cases turned around in a very short timeframe and to hit the difficult delivery date. Couldn't have asked for better customer service, and patience as we had quite a few last minute changes. Price and quality were really excellent. My only comment would be that while they do fit a standard size pencil, it is on an angle so be ready for people to question if they are too short quite a lot!”

“The products we ordered were great and finished to a high standard. Although they did deliver late which had a knock on effect for a conference we had. This was down to the supplier rather than Printed4You though.”

“Amar was the account manager who delt with my order. He was extremely helpful. We had a slight mishap at the end but overall I was very pleased with the service. We ordered 4 items which we will be using in our bespoke christmas crackers.”

“Harry was very helpful getting me sorted with Pens and Lanyards for our rebranding. The colour of the pens was slightly different from what was initially sent in our visualisations but that hasnt caused a major problem. The pricing was competitive. The only issue was a slight delay in delivery but other than that I have received a good service and will use the company again in the near future.”

“I put in a request for a sample brain 'stress ball'. About 2 minutes after putting in the request Amar Arjan called to give me a quote for a number of stress balls. He was helpful in that he gave me lots of information about costs, delivery dates etc but I could not make the decision immediately as I had to talk it over with my manager. After I put the order in, there was no further communication. The order arrived in good time and we were very pleased with the goods.”

“May at Print4you guided me through the process really well and when my branded products arrived they looked great and were pretty good quality (apart from a few faulty zips) and essentially the order arrived in good time.”

“Jamalle Connnolly was very helpful with advice on our big rush job and got the items delivered on time. Good stuff, good value and great artwork. The only minor problem was the packaging was too flimsy and a couple of the many boxes fell apart in the van on the way.”

“Very efficient and helpful. Scott very responsive to emails. Great service and will use again. One slight issue, that I asked for the name & delivery address to be updated. Address was, but not the name so it took me a while to track down the parcel after delivery as it did not have my name on, but a colleague who works in a different part of the country.”
