“Generally good communication (I recall slight delays on BOTH sides) but nothing to complain about. Dan was patient with the numerous changes and we got the product we wanted. We would certainly use printed4you again in the future. Thank you.”

“We needed an order, for a important event, with a very quick turnaround due to timing issues. Dan Biggin was very helpful and corporative to help us with our order. He recommended similar alternate items that would ensure we would get our order in time and worked with our finance dept to help the requisition go through.”

“The quality of the badges was excellent, and Jai was very helpful. It was a shame the delivery was delayed and that I had to call to chase this and it would have been better if I was told that the shipment was late, rather than having to call to find out where it was. I understand this was an issue with the supplier not communicating with Printed4You”

“Andrew got us our merch on time and the quality of the water bottles, snoods and masks were really good. We're going to have to get more water bottles for the next project because they were really popular - they'll make good giveaways to clients”

“Jai Chavda provided very good customer service, he was professional and ensured we got what we needed. The only slight improvement would be the after sales customer service. Our delivery was delayed and it would have been good to of had a follow up to ensure our product arrived ok and that we were happy with what had been printed. However, overall Jai was great!”

“Mukesh was fantastic at helping design a range of branded merchandise for our museum. He gave advise on the best products to stock and liased regularly with me on the design for each one. A couple of issues with goods from some his stockists were disappointing but Mukesh dealt with these promptly and efficiently. Very pleased overall and will be happy to use Printed4You in the future.”

“The engraving was done well, but the items seemed a little dusty/grubby when they arrived in the presentation boxes. Delivered in good time and overall the items went down well. Thank you”
