“Second time ordering plates from Primo. Always quality. However customer service Representative had quite a rude and patronising tone. Didn't appreciate that. If you don't have to speak to them, the service is good.”

“The initial contact with your company was disappointing, not very good customer service from the man who dealt with our order. His manner certainly had a lot to be desired! Saying that things improved from then on, ,he obviously did his job efficiently as the speed the number plates arrived as well as the registration of the plates at dvla meant that from order date to plates fixed on car was well within two weeks.”

“Excellent service. My only criticism, please lay off the bombardment of text & emails. I felt I was being treated like an idiot with 4 text & 2 emails in One day, to remind me to send my ID. Of which 2 text & an email arrived After sending the requested ID! People have a little thing called lives going on. So this was not a priority, & I did not need the constant reminders. Had it not been for that, it would have been 5 stars, as the service was excellent.”

“Overall good, but I had to chase up the e-mail to confirm the reg. was okay to put onto my vehicle. Also I've ordered a second front plate which I'm still waiting for. I though the price was high for this one plate at £12.49 when I paid £16.24 for two!”
