“Registration number was sent quickly and the transfer was handled very efficiently but was disappointed with the quality of the number plate, specifically the Scottish badge which looked pretty cheap compared to the preview shown while ordering. Unfortunately will have to replace with one which I have actually seen beforehand.”

“Would rather have an option on buying number plates or not,not using registration for at least 5 years so didn't need the plates,extra £30 I didn't need to pay....”

“Really easy to do I payed extra for them to sort so I just sat down an awaited for it to arrive. I needed a small drill to put 2 holes in the number plate to place the new screws.”

“WE paid for next day delivery but did not know the registration certificate came seperatly to the reg plate, had we of known then we wouldn’t have paid extra as it took another 3 days for that to arrive so couldn’t put on car until then.”

“I have found primo Registrations to be very good and professional in Selling personalised number plates, however they are not good in answering e mails or requests for valuations when you want to sell a personalised number plate. I have requested twice for a valuation and despite being told that I will get an answer within 48 hours nothing has materialised. I cannot fault them on their sales and fulfilling what they say. It is a pity about their valuation side of the business.”

“Charged a additional £10 because I have a slightly bigger plate on the back of the car plus the original cost off £19.99 for to standard plates I did not think that warranted cost so disappointed in that . Other than that information was great all went smoothly very happy”
