“Great and prompt service”

“Order what I wanted. Very simple. I went for the cheapest option for registering and postage. Plates arrived within a week. Certificate took another week. I would certainly use them again as they were at least 30% cheaper than anyone else.”

“Purchased late on Thursday evening, and the new plates were on my car in less than a week. Impressed with the speed of delivery and communications for the legal DVLA stuff. Didn't give 5 star as my daughter has since told me you can do all the dvla stuff for free on the internet, but £19.99 seemed fine at the time for someone else to sort.”

“Bought a great private plate for my Dodge Ram at a fantastic price. The whole transfer process was seamless, quick and easy. I used the dedicated transfer process. Although the person I spoke to initially on the phone sounded like he was having a bad day ! It was quite late in the day and he had probably dealt with loads of calls. He was professional but totally flat. I had never purchased a private plate before and asked a few questions that were important to me but obviously not to him ? He just told me to look on line for the answers. It would have been much easier to just answer my questions and make this a much nicer experience.”

“Very good price and quick delivery of V750 and new plates. Bought their inexpensive fixing kit but screws supplied do not match with car plastic bolts . Also, wanted to pay interest free on the order which you can do but subject to a fee . Happy overall.”

“All very good made it easy received plates very quick and not to long considering x mass for the ok to put them on ,makes a change to get a good service.”

“Plates were delivered very fast. I sent the V5C on a Saturday and by Wednesday i had email and text from Primo that the transfer is complete. It took another 2 days for the MOT and tax to start showing on the new plate. Happy with the plate. Reduced one star rating because finance company is promoting interest free but is charging £40 admin fee which kinda equals to the interest amount.”
