“Happy with everything except there is nothing to put the plates on car .”

“The initial phone call was disappointing not helpful I was buying the plate as an Xmas present not sure what I was doing and would have liked a more friendly person to speak to told me to do it online which I did the service was brilliant transfer was done on Christmas Eve as I requested plates arrived in plenty of time my husband was able to put the plates on legally on Christmas morning logbook arrived three days later would definitely use again and recommend”

“Efficient service, no hiccups and cheapest around. Only gave 4 stars as I ordered and paid for a number plate fixing kit, which was supposed to have arrived with my new number plates. 7 days later, I’m still waiting (despite an email apologising and advising they would be sent out) and technically, illegally driving around on false (my original) number plate”

“Overall I was pleased how straight forward it was with them doing all the transfer work with DVLA and MoT. My only slight grumble would be i checked the DVLA online on the Friday lunchtime and noticed the transfer had taken place so was able to put my plates on and notify my insurance, I didn’t hear from Primo to tell me this until sometime on the Monday. I’m glad I checked on the Friday myself!”

“Liked the excellent service with the managed transfer option for the new plates, all sorted in less than a week, only thing I had to do was return the documents. Didn't like having to purchase the "mandatory plates" with the registration because Primo did not offer the style that I wanted, therefore these are now just expensive environmental waste in my garage.”
