An efficient, quick service, very easy transaction. Only one downside, initial interaction via phone was disappointing, the person taking the order was not very forthcoming when dealing with general questions, he lacked basic customer communication skills.

A quick and efficent service at recovering the pay ment .After nearly 4 weeks I am still waiting for my plates why?

I selected Primo Registrations as they offered a cheaper price than another company for my new private number plate. I could have got the plate even cheaper from DVLA direct but for the small difference in price, I wanted Primo to handle the whole process. I wanted to pay a single sum of money, simply receive and fix my new private plate on my car. It was as easier as that. DVLA don't offer that handling service and don't provide the new plates. The whole process was quick, very quick. I got my new plates in 3 days and only had to wait about another week until Primo messaged me & emailed me confirming all was now complete and that I could fix my new plate to my car. A week later I received my new V5C document with the new registration shown. The only extra thing I had to do was inform my car insurance provider and that was easy too. I will use Primo again if I'm busy and don't want the hassle to process the paperwork myself. Thank you Primo Registrations.

Second time ordering plates from Primo. Always quality. However customer service Representative had quite a rude and patronising tone. Didn't appreciate that. If you don't have to speak to them, the service is good.

The initial contact with your company was disappointing, not very good customer service from the man who dealt with our order. His manner certainly had a lot to be desired! Saying that things improved from then on, ,he obviously did his job efficiently as the speed the number plates arrived as well as the registration of the plates at dvla meant that from order date to plates fixed on car was well within two weeks.

Excellent service. My only criticism, please lay off the bombardment of text & emails. I felt I was being treated like an idiot with 4 text & 2 emails in One day, to remind me to send my ID. Of which 2 text & an email arrived After sending the requested ID! People have a little thing called lives going on. So this was not a priority, & I did not need the constant reminders. Had it not been for that, it would have been 5 stars, as the service was excellent.
