“pretty good very helpful "pity they could not send out all items paid for" the ease of them liaising with DVLA saved me a headache sadly I will not recommend them to anyone Neil Jackson”

“Amongst all the competitors Primo were cheaper by a margin. Offering New Style Custom Gel Plates, that look different than the norm so i thought why not. They look great just 1 criticism would be to ask if I wanted a logo on the bottom of my choice rather than their logo Primo. Apart from taking over 2 weeks for documentation I'm happy with the plates I just need a car to put them on now lol.”

“I experienced no problems throughout the process, it was professional and efficient. Primo provided a great service One issue to raise. I wanted the new registration for a Christmas present so I paid both the paperwork completion service fee and the Guaranteed Christmas Eve change over fee. To be honest, I think this is akin to paying for the same service twice and perhaps Primo should look at offering the basic admin for one price and the Christmas Eve service at a slightly increased fee, not charge both”
