“Good quality saw stand, delivery terrible, DPD attempted to deliver on a week day, no one avalible so arranged and paid an extra premium to have it delivered on Saturday, they failed to deliver, had to take a day off work to accept the delivery and still can not contact them about a refund on the extra premium paid, it does not state DPD as your carrier, if i had known this i would not have ordered thought you,”

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We do note on the product listing page that the 110v version of this tool doesn’t come equipped with a 110v plug. We do however take your comments on board and will try to improve the visibility of this for other customers. “Purchased a Dewalt cordless drill, offered a good online price with fast delivery which they honoured. Unfortunately, had to speak with them directly on two occasions via telephone regarding the order. The guy I dealt with on both occasions was patronising and condescending. As a result of his poor attitude I'll take my business elsewhere in future.”

“We ordered a Makita drill and experiences some trouble with delivery. Although we did receive a phone call from powertool world saying the driver was having difficulty finding us and we relayed better directions which powertool world said would pass on to dpd and we later received an email from dpd saying to expect delivery later that afternoon. However it was not delivered and the following day we called dpd to be told it was being sent back to powertool world as apparently they had been out three times to deliver. I called powertool world and was informed that as soon as they had received the drill they would give me a full refund back. However I required the drill for my job and it has caused me some issues as I have not been able to complete my work and I am still waiting for my refund. We have previously had deliveries made by dpd and had no issues so I find it hard to see why this time around it was so difficult.”

“The saw is good but since bought it is 55 pound cheaper in less than a week on the website.Gutted,shocked and angry that the same saw Is so much cheaper so soon after purchase. Also, the fact that the table extensions are indeed a separate purchase that ,after looking into other makers come with the saw table. Not clear to me during the purchase. Other than that good saw.”

“I happy to say that my purchase of a Bosch mini grinder was very good quick and easy. However I had to make a call back due to an issue with unit. I was requested to send a video of the problem and I was rebuffed and was told that there was nothing wrong the unit. I contact Bosch directly and the sent the replacement part for free.”

“I'm not sure you did make me happy, other than the items I ordered arriving in good time. However, the packaging left a lot to be desired - the Makita charger was not in a box - it was simply in a plastic bag and it, together with the two batteries, were in a large cardboard box that had damage to it when it arrived. Also, no instruction manual or guarantee card with the charger.”
