“Recieved a good service. Delivery times were unpredictable though! Was given a slot and took two attempts to deliver and on the second attempt they arrived at least a couple of hours earlier than they predicted.”

“Item exactly as described and for a good price. Packaging was a parcel bag taped around the bottom 40cm or so of the taped together 1.5m boxes, with the connecting rod taped to the top, but arrived undamaged. Courier failed to deliver on the day they said with no warning or explanation, but did turn-up the next day. Despite this would use again and fingers crossed the courier ups their game.”

“As always, good service, one thing , the box the power tools came in was not the greatest, very flimsy and only two bits of tape used. Box was also damaged, maybe use some more tape on the box. Stop it falling apart.”

“I’ve ordered from Power Tool World several times now and overall I’m really happy with the service. Delivery is usually quick, and the Makita products are spot on—can’t fault them at all. However, on two occasions I’ve had to contact customer service due to missing items. To be fair, the team sorted it out immediately both times, which I appreciate, but it’s a bit disappointing to have to chase things up. A little more care when packing orders would go a long way. Still, I’ll continue to use them as they’ve been great otherwise.”

“Power Tool World appears to be a very good business for dealing with all tool purchases. There is a huge variety of power tools and at a very competitive price. The tools I have ordered so far off their website have been sent out and delivered within two days, which I think is a brilliant service. I would recommend Power Tool World with no hesitation.”
