“Power Tool World should not use DPD. They did not deliver to my address and I had to collect from a post office MILES away PTW did not reply to my message as I could not get through on the phone, so wont buy from them again due to poor delivery.”

“I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received!! The lawn mower arrived on time, which was good; however, after discovering a crack in the body of the mower, I contacted the company to request an exchange. Unfortunately, their phones are not being answered, and the email I sent took four days to receive a very generic response that did not resolve my issue. I emailed them again with my exchange request a, which was eventually granted. I posted the lawnmower back the next day once they emailed me a label and now I was told I need to wait another 14 days before the exchange will be sorted. If its longer, they asked me to contact them again to remind them. 11 days in after the intial contact and now onto another 14days of waiting... possibly more”
