“Very quick delivery and excellent price. Unfortunately I discovered 3 items had not been included by manufacturer when unpacking. Contacted PTW customer service who eventually resolved the issue to my satisfaction. They could have been a bit more proactive since I had to keep emailing to find out what was happening”

“I would give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered a specific power tool from Power World Tools, but they sent me a completely different item. When I contacted them, instead of resolving their mistake quickly, I was told that I had to return the incorrect item before anything could be done with my order. This caused a huge amount of inconvenience, as I then had to arrange for the incorrect item to be collected and wait for the process to move forward. Despite repeatedly contacting them and explaining the situation, I felt that there was very little urgency or concern about the fact that their mistake had left me without the item I had actually paid for. To make matters worse, I was eventually informed that the item I had originally ordered was now out of stock and that I would have to wait for a refund. I was then told the refund could take up to 14 days. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish. Mistakes can happen in any business, but what matters is how you deal with them afterwards. In my experience, Power World Tools did not deal with this situation in a way that made me feel like a valued customer. I have spent a considerable amount of time chasing this matter when I should never have had to do so in the first place. I would strongly think twice before ordering from this company. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and unfortunately I cannot recommend Power World Tools.”

“First time purchase from Power Tool World and honestly can’t praise them any higher. I didn’t place my order until late one afternoon but it was still delivered the very morning. Phenomenal service, and couldn’t praise them enough. Very, very highly recommended. Thanks for a great experience PTW!”

“Bought a Makita hand held grass trimmer from Power Tool World and paid £6.00 for express delivery. It took a week for my tool to arrive. Even though I live in Northern Ireland it is still unacceptable to have to wait that long. I know you will blame the courier for the delay, then change the courier”

“I was led to believe that I had no right to return the product, which I later discovered was not true. I stood my ground and returned the item regardless, despite having to pay for the delivery myself. The whole experience was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. As a result, I would not only never use this company again, but I would also warn others to think twice before purchasing from them.”
