“Recently purchased an impact driver, needed one in a hurry, next business day delivery was implied. However it took longer, various factors involved which I understand, but it wouldn't have taken much to put a quick note on the checkout/delivery screen to inform me/others delays could be possible, would have saved me a headache. When pressed on the matter I was offered a merch pack as goodwill. Said pack should have been with me in 5 business days, 2 weeks later nothing. Another interaction with customer services, only to be told I've collected it according to DHL, I haven't. The irony, send out a gift as goodwill for original delay only to not receive the goodwill. I have used this business on many occasion because prices are keen, good product range and delivery swift. I'll think twice in future, and certainly recommendations will be less forthcoming.”

“Buying from PowerToolWorld was a breeze from start to finish Only one problem. The item received was as ordered but the case was a cast off from a multi part unit there do re the case was too big. Foam inserts is messy and not to the standards. Shame that lets things down. Apart from that good”
