“Thoroughly excellent service from PTW and Trend (UK). I ordered aTrend T33A vacuum in the late afternoon and the package arrived in good condition the very next day. Unfortunately one of the components inside the box was damaged, obviously a factory issue - I contacted PTW with photos, expecting a long drawn-out back-and- forth...PTW took the issue up with Trend Uk, who supplied a replacement part to me within 2 days! PTW provided regular updates throughout. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, would give 6 star rating!”
