The box was damaged and strapped with tape but the product was ok. I don't appear to have had an invoice which I need for the Bosch guarantee but I have failed to contact them by phone or email so not happy.

Power tool world are asking for lots of info about our broken radio even wanting a video of it not working! seems a bit much for a faulty product. Most other companies would just swap it over for a new one when it broke after a day.

Waited 6 mins on phone to customer service before they cut me off without answering. Sent an email which was rejected within minutes. I wont be returning.

Looking into this for you, we can see that our courier had originally had an issue over the festive period due to the high volume of parcels going through the system, upon original delivery of this, they were unable to access the address given and this was rearranged. Placed order with yourselves 1working day delivery placed on Sunday so Tuesday it should of arrived nope not until Thursday so could not complete my job before Christmas so we’ll done power tool world not that it will make any difference anyway !

Disappointed to see scratch marks and truma to top of carrycase, Obviously ex display or abused in packaging department. Normally a good firm to buy from.

Really bad company to deal with.ordered and paid extra for next day delivery and didn’t come for 3 days but only after I emailed then told me I would get a refund but that never came, very disappointing!

Price was good but the Makita drill arrived in a flimsy carboard box, not a Makita box and with very little packaging - just a small pad of bubble-wrap inside which didn't stop the heavy drill rattling around. Felt like a demo item thrown into a box. No tracking or delivery info either until I emailed 'customer service', then an auto-reply with a tracking number. Item was well priced, as described and works well, but inefficient delivery, packaging and dispatch info.

Ordered before 2pm on a Sunday for Monday delivery as this was urgent, the item was sent as promised but the courier who tried to deliver on the Monday said no one was home which is a total lie, the delivery address was a private house but a building site that is covered by comprehensive CCTV and no driver came on that day!! Then tried to call powertool world which is a total waste of time as no one ever answers the phone eventually you realise that the recorded message saying to email is the only way to contact them which then took 2 days for a reply. Had to drive and collect from the delivery company. Certainly won’t be using power tool world again.

They use a very unique DHL delivery method that does not allow you to say deliver to a neighbour or collect from a depot or collection point so after 2 attempts I e-mailed and they were very helpful and said a not had been made to deliver to a neighbour but next thing I get a credit e-mail so I can only assume it went back, which seems an awful waste of money and resource for the company, and I don’t have my tool, I have now ordered fro another company that I know uses a better delivery service. But if your always in then great price, helpful customer service are always a winner!

Our chosen courier does have various delivery options available such as 'safe place' and 'neighbour' deliveries so we're unsure of why this option wasn't available to you however feedback has been provided to our courier for future orders. Due to DHL attempting delivery on 3 occasions, this order was returned and a refund actioned to prevent any further delay from happening. The goods that I ordered were as advertised. Can’t really go wrong with Makita tools. BUT, this is the 2nd purchase made through Power Tool World recently and neither were delivered the next working day as advertised.
