Never received the parcel, spoke to customer service and they just gave a refund instead of trying to sort out delivery.

Purchased a cordless bosch lawnmower but it was delivered without the battery and charger, over a week later the matter has still not been resolved which is embarrassing as it is a Christmas present, very disappointed and unhappy with whole saaga

Very poor service from powertoolworld. Firstly, they use DHL which are awful. My delivery kept getting loaded onto vans but never being delivered, just returning to the depot each night. For 3 days it went missing because 'the van broke down'. When finally delivered, 8 days after it was first on a van, I was appalled to find that the packaging was a non-descript white box, with one single thing sheet on bubble wrap on the bottom and the impact driver in a plastic bag. The box was way too big for the product, so it has likely been rattling around in the box with insufficient protection, exacerbated by the over 8 days it was in DHL's delivery network. The drill then also didn't come with a manual, which not only is poor, is actually an offence under the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008 which require responsible persons, defined to include suppliers, to ensure that all machinery, including impact drivers, to be provided with Written, physical safety instructions. I spoke with DeWalt directly, as powertoolworld are an DeWalt authorised seller, and they confirmed that the product should not arrive in this state and most certainly should have the manual, which they would have supplied to the supplier. Customer services (Dan) was not helpful taking ages to reply and only sorting DHL out after several emails about the issue, for the latter issue, they simply only offering to have the item sent back but as I needed it shortly this wasn't a valid option. They have not made any other attempt to remedy, not offering to send a replacement manual. The company do not care for consumer rights and are poor all round. They could offer a replacement manual, or a partial refund for the problems, as per the consumer rights act 2015. I would advise everyone to avoid this company. They simply do not care.

Have been trying for over 2/3 weeks to resolve, still no joy. Trying to refund and parcel picked up from DHL is a total joke waited in 2 days for parcel to be picked up at my expense STILL WAITING !!!

Haven’t even received my order as DHL forged my signature and left it on my doorstep, on a busy road, that’s still an active building site 👏🏼 I am also awaiting my refund and explanation as to why it wasn’t left safe with a neighbour or taken back to the depot

Useless customer service as outlined. Ok for DIY people but for contractors that need kit not replacing brand new equipment a asap is unacceptable.

Absolutely terrible would never use again should of got next day delivery. After hours and hours of phone calls without anyone answering and several emails got my goods around 10 days later Absolutely useless company

I have a return waiting to be replaced courier turned up to take my goods but had no replacement no reply no accessories in box cannot phone anyone and never get a reply from my emails please tell what I can do service is awful

I placed my order on 29th Nov & as at 13th Dec I have still yet to receive it. Your courier DHL is useless as is their chat bot. DHL attempted to deliver on 2nd Dec 1hr 50min befor their scheduled time & claimed we were not in,which was a complete lie,because we were.They then said it would be delivered on the 3rd,but it was delayed,so DHL claim,it was then scheduled for the 4th,but again delayed.The only reason for the delay was that DHL decided they didn’t want to deliver my parcel on those days. It then went out for delivery on both the 5th & 8th Dec.I watched the journey on tracking & on both times at about 3.45pm a message came through to say they couldn’t access the property.This again was a complete lie as DHL had sent a photo of my back door on the 2nd Dec!! I tried ringing both DHL & PTW on 5th Dec,during office hours. On both 5th & 8 th Dec a automated message said the phone lines were closed. I emailed the contact centre & have asked for a refund & compensation for all the inconvenience & time wasting. An email said I would get a refund once DHL had returned the parcel. I rang again on 12th,but got tired of waiting for someone to answer the phone! Terrible customer service from PTW. The driver at DHL ought to be sacked For lying & trying to put the blame on the customer for non delivery.

Extremely disappointing experience. Do not order from this company. Their customer service is nonexistent—the phone line disconnects without help. They rely on DHL, which failed to deliver my parcel or conveniently lost the tools in the warehouse, and I am still waiting for a refund for goods I never received. Avoid at all costs.
