Parcel door stepped on Christmas Eve, only recently got back to work and realised that I hadn’t received given the amount of deliveries received for Christmas ect. Out right refused to do anything about it, delivery picture being fully closed front door, marked as delivered to myself and have proof of not being in at the time. Down over £100 and looking elsewhere for the same product.

Never received my goods. I tried to contact them by phone but their system doesn’t actually work! You can’t select an option. Emailed and they also didn’t get back to me within the time they stated. Ended up getting a refund.

The item would have been great if I had of received it. Powertool world made it very difficult for me to even claim a refund on a item I never received. I wish I could post the email conversations I had with them. Absolute waste of time.

I bought 2 x Makita BL1850 18V 5.0 AH Li-on Batteries for a Christmas present with delivery due on 20th December. They did not arrive as the address had not been put on from the company. The courier company DHL contacted me to say they only put house number and post code on, so this could have been varyng addresses. After contacting power tool world numerous times, and receiving rude, blunt and differing responses I was finally refunded after 4 weeks waiting, numerous emails, even though they knew I had not received them I was finally told I would have to wait for DHL to return them to them I then had to wait for them to be checked back in to their stock. Not only did my lad not get his present, the attitude of this company was disgusting. I would suggest you do not use them. Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life of 60 Years

Absolutely shocking. Took 3 weeks to be delivered for it to be thrown over the back fence and smashed on the patio. Cant get hold of anyone at powertool world for a refund.

I ordered 106 pounds worth of various goods from you, and the next day I ordered two batteries. After the stated three-day delivery, I received the order with the batteries, and the first order was pending. After a week of waiting, I wrote and asked where my goods were. They refunded my money without an apology and didn't say anything about why they did this. They could have immediately said you were out of something. I needed everything I ordered urgently.
