Some how DHL couldn't deliver my items although all other couriers seem to be able to deliver to the address I provided. And PTW have sent 2 previous orders in the past to the same address with no issue. DHL Stated multiple attempts to deliver, strage as no ring doorbell activity to support this or any delivery cards left??? Item returned to Power Tool World by DHL PTW then tried to charge me for restocking the items DHL never attempted to deliver to the correct address provided. It's taken 15days to get a final outcome. PTW won't resend the item. WON'T BE USING POWER TOOL WORLD AGAIN or DHL if I can avoid it. Really poor customer service, I was promised re-delivery and then emailed a few days later that they will refund and not re-send my ordered items (over £500 of kit that I needed and was waiting for) Complete waste of my time!!!!!

I didn't have a very good experience, it took a long time to resolve a delivery issue. I certainly won't choose this company for another purchase.

Ordered Dewalt Saw Table - sent 110 instead of 240v. Return was a nightmare taking almost 3 weeks with two failed pick ups. PTW admitted their courier service was dreadful. Lost two jobs with the delay and PTW did not consider compensation for their multiple failures. Won’t be using this company ever again as totally unreliable from warehouse picking the items to delivery. It’s just not worth the stress and aggravation.

Products delivered damaged. Return appears to have been lost. I’m over 2 weeks after placing my order and still don’t have the products I paid for. Rubbish

Order 2 Milwaukee pack out boxes for £55.90 for my son's birthday on the 22nd of August but they never arrived and they still haven't sent me a refund after multiple emails. Would not recommend

Hello Liam We are sorry to hear of the issues you have faced. We can see that the initial order was lost in the courier network and when we tried to issue replacements we had stock issues. We advised on 02/09 that there was an issue with some PayPal transactions and that we couldn't refund them. You were advise to contact PayPal direct and they would be able to resolve this issue for you. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.

I have made a purchase on 29 Jully with next day delivery, the order was sent with DHL. DHL have failed to make delivery. Have failed to leave it with designated collection point. So purchase that was crucial for our works with quick delivery - never materialized. DHL communication was at best informative and after failing to deliver to collection point the tracking was impossible. 2 weeks later we have received a refund but this wont cover the inconvenience caused. If this company have the intention to really create a name for themselves they need to understand that the sale doesn't finish with sending the shipment, but with the customer getting their goods in good condition, in time.

awful. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and paid for next day delivery. Still haven’t received my item and emails have been ignored. Reached out on facebook and got a generic response. No idea what to do as i’m without my order and almost £100 down, having to contact my bank to try and get my money back

Hello Sherrydon. Having reviewed your order we can see from the date your order was purchased to the date the refund was issues it was 10 working days, we were advised that the order had not turned up on the 5th working day and our auto response advised an agent would be in touch in the next 24-48 hrs. We reached out to you within that time frame. The issue was resolved and we were ready to action the refund by the next day but due to the raising of a charge back we were unable to issue the refund for a further 2days. Once we got the go ahead the refund was issued immediately. We can understand you being disappointed that you expectation were not met. Please be assured we did everything we could to resolve this situation as quickly and efficiently as possible and we do apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused. Kind Regards PTW

After waiting some time and DHL courier failing to deliver I requested a refund which I eventually received after having to fill in a form for the product they lost?!? I have now bought from a more reliable supplier

Rubbish promised a spare battery as it took so long to deliver item and probably missed the chance to redeem offer also promised £20 gift voucher not produced also nothing happened till I mentioned watchdog.

Orderd 3 boxes of nails, next day delivery, on the 25th June and I'm still waiting Seems to be a conspiracy between DHL and powertool world to make sure I never receive them
