“Sadly my order took a week to arrive after trying to contact them by phone which was a nightmare I found out that my order had been forgotten as they were reorganizing the warehouse I will use them again but not for anything needed next day service has been good before but not this time”

“Prices can’t be beat from experience, ordered just under £300 on a Sunday night so qualified for a free (next day) Tuesday delivery which was understandable ,only problem was it arrived a wk later on the Monday ☹️ due to warehouse move, I had to chase the order up & replies were swift but you should be contacting me to explain the situation not the other way around, was told id get a 10% discount code which still waiting for, but as I say prices can’t be beat so prob will use again 6/10 experience”

“The item I ordered ,grabo pro is fantastic , The delivery was appalling.it was down for next day and didn’t arrive until a week later and even then it was supposedly out on 2 separate days for delivery and didn’t arrive until Communication was average about the issue and was promised a voucher for new orders but yes you guessed it hasn’t arrived. The annoying thing is it says in stock and next day delivery and when you read reviews this is a common problem so in future I will be looking elsewhere”

“Was promised quick delivery but it took about 8 days. When I queried the delay initially, Dan sent me an e-mail explaining that warehousing problems were causing the delay and that all affected would receive a 10% concession on their next order. I still await receiving this offer and think it would have been considerably better to have offered it for my delayed order. Order eventually arrived safely. I made the order with Power Tool World because of promise of quick delivery and competitive prices.”
