“Tool is fantastic. Box came slightly damaged and although I paid extra for Saturday delivery I had to pick it up the following Monday evening due to it not being delivered and no communication on it”

“Like the variety of tools and the service they provide. Just don't like the way they sell the Battery tools and battery's seperate, that's a rip off. They should work a deal with the companies and put at least packages together for someone who wants a full Satisfaction shopping experience. I mean every battery tool should come with Charger, and 2 battery's. Especially when they're nearly same price as the actual combi drill.”

Hello Nicholas A lot of our customer are trades people and they already have batteries and chargers and so just want the body only and not the full kit. The vast majority of our tools are sold as Body Only (without battery and charger) and as a kit ( with a case, battery and charger combination) so our customers have multiple purchasing option. “It is light , compact and small. However it is very difficult to change the height. Previously had the bigger version and wish i had opted for that even though i have a very small garden. The lever on the bigger one definitely made it easier. Also it does not cut the grass as short. In summary would recommend the bigger one for ease of use and a better cut.”

“I have no issue with power tool world's products but my delivery was completely unacceptable. I was advised delivery was due by 15.24 on 11/08/25 then that it was running late and would with me around 7.45. Tracking showed it had been delivered and signed for, but clearly not to my address. There was a laughable proof of delivery photo which was a hand holding the parcel with a pavement in the background. I phoned the customer service of the delivery company they guaranteed it would be with me the next day, this did not happen and I did not have any follow up from customer service. Silver lining, another company's delivery driver noticed the parcel in a hallway of a block of flats a mile from my home, recognised my address having made multiple deliveries here before and kindly dropped it off.”

“I tried to contact the PowerTool World 3 times as I needed help with registration of the hedge trimmer. Every time I waited for a long time and then disconnected. It seems to me that if you have a problem that they can help you are really in trouble.”

“When ordering it stated next working day delivery, yet it took nearly a week to arrive, not that it’s a problem just don’t advertise something you can’t manage, if it’s going to be a week tell people and they won’t have to stay in and wait for it.”

“Order took a week to arrive after choosing next day delivery. Communication about this was good and was told they were renovating the warehouse (it's been a few weeks since so don't know if this is sorted now) which I can understand although none of this was written on the website before making the purchase. Was told I would get 10% off the next order although haven't heard anything about that since?”

“I used Powertool World as they offered next day delivery - it simply didn't happen, when I queried where my order was I was told that they were refurbishing their warehouse? Poor! I placed the order on Monday and received it on Friday..............Thats not next day! If they know that they cannot deliver then they should not advertise as such.”
