“This was the only website I found with the item I sought in stock. That made me happy. Delivery was prompt - if made a little awkward because they had disallowed the choice to 'leave in a safe place'. I bought a lawnmower and it has rained since I got it so I have not had a chance to try it out yet but it was the one I was looking for so hopefully there won't be any issues unless there is anything wrong with it once I start using it.”

“OK for fast shipping to France ! But bad point for packing in a simple cardboard box !! The box has been cut and opened and we can see the nailer inside. Fortunately, it seems to run properly without damage. Double packing or cardboard chip inside would be nice !”

“Helpful with earlier e-mails but unfortunately product was out of stock.However I was advised when product became available.Order came in 2 separate slots which surprised me as they were ordered at the same time and one bit would not work without the other.”

“I ordered a Bosch battery and it arrived within time, however, it did not fit my charger and knowhere could I find out why !! I emailed Power Tool World and despite sending pictures etc.. their conclusion was that it should work on my charger.. it turns out Bosch have updated their battery connections since I last bought a 'power4all' battery but Power Tool World did not know this, and had I known I would not have bought this new battery and have since had to spend another £25 on a new charger Therefore Power Tool World only get 3 stars for an acceptable rating as their after care was not what one would expect”

“Terrible service bought impact driver never worked weeks down the line still have no working tool they said we carnt replaced it although is was straight out of box not there problem”

“Good price for the branded product I wanted. Would have been better if the packaging was better - new DeWalt tool floating loosely around a standard box is not a good idea. What happened to the original DeWalt packaging?”

“The service was very quick after ordering but the packaging was awful, the box had fallen apart by the time it was delivered. It wasn’t the courier but whoever put the cardboard box together! However my husband was happy with his gifts.”

“I bought the mixer for my son for xmas when it come i thought that's all i needed but when it come i didn't know that it came without the whisk i can't understand why tools don't come ready to use”

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We do make note on the product listing in the “What’s in the box” section that all you will receive is the paddle mixer itself. We sell this item like this as there are so many different types of stirrers and baskets for a myriad of applications that it gives you the flexibility to get the exact combination you need for your job. “My order came in right time as predicted but in very terrible way packed. Packed condition was horrible. There was no stuffing/padding and I did order multiple tools, included cordless bosch gks saw. ++++ There was no mention about that Bosch GKS 57 does not fit into FSN guide rail. I should have ordered Bosch GKS 57 "G". Now I have this as "leftover", I will have to order as a spare part new table to this saw.. what will fit into FSN rails.”

“All the tools were fine , but iam still waiting for 1 dewalt battery which was not in the box when delivered. Power tool world have said they need to check with courier. That has been 2 weeks ago and Still not heard anything. Iam now out of pocket and still waiting to hear from them”
