“Unfortunately the experience has so far been negative. I received the drill after 3 days despite paying for next day delivery. Then the drill has proved to be faulty. I am waiting after many days on how to send the drill back to PTW for a refund but just silence. It seems impossible to speak to an actual human on the phone… so I am still waiting. Completely unsatisfactory.”
