“Super fast delivery of item which came well packaged. Communication via email is faultless and reminders of registration of the product. I've ordered from plenty of times now because of the low price and great service.”

“Promotion of a free battery was included with my purchase. They did not send the battery. I had to ring up and complain so they would send it to me. Which involves waiting in for delivery again. I believe they were just trying it on. If you offer a promotion, you should provide it not for me deceitful.”

“Excellent company, I wasn't sure at first, having never ordered from them before, so I admit I was a little wary. But I needn't have been, notified throughout of where my order was, arrived in perfect time & packaged perfectly. So when I next need a tool, battery..etc. I will be buying it from this company”
