“They always seem to have what I want in stock from pz2 bits to a new drill. Option to pay a small fee for next day delivery too which is brilliant when you need a replacement product/ tool in a hurry. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Aye a good decent set up, good comp prices, even though they split systems and you get stuff in a default white box bubble wrapped and 4/5 no manuals, but thats not a deal breaker, ive been a customer since 2008, so somethings going ok 🙏💯”

“The item never arrived. After weeks of attempting to contact them every day, I was eventually provided with an automated response with reference number to contact DHL, who Power Tool World claimed had been given the package. I contacted DHL who confirmed that there was no record of the item ever being received.”

“Having received my product I am happy with the tool. However I am unhappy with the delivery. I paid extra for next day delivery but did not receive it until four days later. I am very dissapointed and expected better. Regards Lindsay Porter”
