“I bought the cordless circular saw from your company a couple of weeks ago , I bought a parallel fence from another company as there wasn’t one listed on your website. I then noted that the saw doesn’t come with a thumbscrew to tighten the fence. I emailed you guys with a photo and enquired whether it was missing or if not supplied could I purchase one. The reply was ‘ this isn’t an item that was supplied, any thumbscrew would be safe to use’ Surely if you are supplying power tools then you shine supplying the accessories to fit. In response to the email, ‘ any thumbscrew’ wouldn’t fit , it has to be the same bolt size. Poor after sales.”
