“I had to cancel the order as DPD continually failed to deliver it. They even claimed they had been at the house but couldn't leave it. Simply not true as I had been in all day. Between DPD and PowerToolworld, I was completely messed around and at one stage was asked if I was calling the wrong company because they couldn't track the order. Despite cancelling the order DPD continue to message me saying they intend to deliver and I'm still waiting from my refund. Stay clear utter shambles.”

“Bought a mitre saw. Product is excellent but trying to register it was difficult. Because items had been taken out of the the box like batteries and charger, the numbers didn't tally up. Tried to contact Power Tool World for over an hour without success.”
