“If I could give this compact a minus score I would. They delivered the order to the wrong address and claimed the fault was not with their system. But neither their telephone or online message service worked either. And I don't ever know the address it was delivered to. They refused to help at all. So they have over £200 of my money and I have nothing. I wouldn't touch this company again.”

“You told me my package was delayed ... no detail. You then told me it was being delivered the next day. The parcel arrived but it was only the bare tool, no battery or charger or explanation. The battery and charger arrived the day after. Suggestion - tell me that part of my order is delayed and it will arrive in two separate consignments. Job done.”
