“I received my heated jacket which seems faulty on the 19th December had 2 pick ups arranged which I stayed in for all day which never came and still waiting to hear a new collection date or any response”

“I chose Power Tool world on price, my DeWalt brushless drill just died and the parts to repair it would be at least £80 + VAT. Power Tool world could supply a new bare tool for £68 including VAT and Delivery. The drill arrived next day and I'm very happy with it.”
