“Dpd postage service is a disgrace! We missed our entire bank holiday weekend because they messaged us each morning saying we will deliver today, should have arrived on the Friday and it turned up the Tuesday afternoon so much for next day delivery. Suggest you avoid using dpd as I won’t ever order again while you are and as a company you seem ok just the postage.”

“I received the items and it started very well due to an excellent courier, I was using the split shaft for the first time with the hedge cutting attachment after I had used the strimming one and the unit started to make an awful rattling noise. I rang PTW and was given the run around with their automated service for 15 minuets so gave up as I was unable to speak to someone and emailed them with the details and a short video of the issue. 24 hrs later Chris at PTW said sorry to hear your problems and asked me for a video clip and a description of the issue (which I had sent the day before) and he said he would consult their team and get back to me, a week later I have still haven't had a reply or contact. So I have now boxed up the 3 items and asked for them to be collected. I am awaiting a response.”
