My order arrived and was missing one of the items. The box was poorly held together with minimal clear tape around the joins and had come open in transit. The customer services was very good and made quick contact. Luckily the courier came back later that day after finding the item loose in the van. So partly the fault or the couriers I suppose but I’m not surprised the box had come open. Better packaging required in future

Have brought from power world before and always been happy.. this time however even though they were very quick to respond to my queriey don't think they solved it I now need to get in touch with dewalt direct.

Hi made an order but only half the order turned up on time as I paid for next day delivery on all the order which turned up a day later. Not impressed

Refunding our product that was not fit for purpose. Shame we had to pay £26.80 to return it.

The box was half open on arrival. Looked like very bad packaging and the seal on the Drill box was broken/opened. Drill seems to be fine but very worried upon arrival.

Ordered a new Circular saw, powertool world dispatched quickly but the courier left it on my doorstep when we were out, signed on my behalf and then item wasn't present upon our arrival at home. Disappointed in the delay at sorting this as i am without the tool i ordered and required for my job. 8 working days later and they are still investigating and i am without said tool. Not sure i would shop here again, issues happen but how a company deals with problems is a good show of how they are as a company, 8 days of 'waiting for the courier to update us' isnt my problem...

The tool arrived quickly but unfortunately faulty but I doscovered it few weeks after the purchase when I used this tool for the first time. Now I have to deal with returns etc which is very frustrating.

I revieved an item that was not the one in the pictures. The description I saw later was correct, but the images are wrong, and showed different bits. All else is correct. Price and delivery are good, but be careful what you order and read the description.

Delivery was okay and on time my only problem was no dust attachment with saw you would think for health reasons that would be supplied as standard with any saw so maybe down to Dewalt or maybe the buyer ie Power Tool World. an Important part of the tool look after the Human...would have given it 5 stars otherwise (Me things Dewalt at fault)

I do understand your perspective on this, but sadly the intention with the professional tools we sell is that they will be used in conjunction with a dust extraction system which is why the manufacturer provides a dust extraction spout. Large package for a small item. Could have gone in padded envelope. Very disappointing. Please help save the planet by responsible packaging.

Wrongly advertised product , thought i was buying 1800w 110v circular saw , i was rather annoyed when i recieved a 1570w 110v saw ,took a full day to get an answer why ,when i was really needing to use it , so it would have been like 3 days without a saw , ended up just keeping it as i really needed 1 to use

Sent out a damaged unit. They did arrange collection for returning but they wanted us to take it somewhere else for collection. We did get a refund but it could have been handled much better in my opinion.

Made me unhappy regarding the packaging, expected it to at least arrived in its original box, not a flimsy white box that will not last and protect the tool. All other Bosch tools I've bought bare still arrive with the original box and inlay.

Delivery was quick and well packaged. although I ordered a makpac 3 case and received a makpac case for a drill/impact driver combi case which was new but was branded with the tools serial numbers so seems to me that they are breaking down kits and selling off individually. did get what I ordered sort of (once the kits stickers etc were removed and all the adhesive they leave behind) this is why I gave 3 stars.
