“Accessory Set missing a screw. Was told that was how they were sent out and I'd need to go and buy a screw. Vacuum cleaner attachment useless without screw.”

“Not into gardening as such, had a nice bocsh strimmer BUT extention lead hiding deep and out sight in shed? Bocsh hiding in the other shed! Birthday money burning hole in my pocket. To sum up, it click and go! very impressive, bottom end of there range but it a MATKIA! Garden edging 60' x40' one bar gone on a 3ah. If you got batteries no brainer”

“Adapters for blades not included in complete purchase. Really disappointed was in middle of big job, went to change-to blade no adapters… had to stop come back again.”

“No issues, except delivery has to be handed over... cannot be left or left with a neighbour...had I known this I would not have purchased from them. I usually have deliveries left in a safe place or with someone so it doesn't affect my working day.”

Hi , thank you for the feedback . Although leave in a safe place is no longer an available option you can still opt to leave with a neighbour once you have received the confirmation from DPD . “Ordering was fine and the goods where exactly as expected. I went with Power Tool World because I found out that I could pay and have next day delivery. As my old sander had died and I needed it for a project this was fantastic, so happy to pay. However, the next morning I got a text telling me it was delayed. I e-mailed Power Tools immediately to say that this was unacceptable. The item was delivered 1 day later and the day after that Power Tools replied to say sorry, but glad to see you got the item!”

“one of the batteries charger connector port was damaged on arrival however had to use the grinder hence why i bought it. contacted powertoolworld for a resolution and was told because I had used the battery they could not help, was very disappointed with this from the point of being a repeat customer.”

“The charger that I order did not fit the drill. It said this would charge a 12vlt drill but when battery was presented to the charger it did not work It did say it would suit any 12vlt battery ?”

“Box had numerous holes, surprised it worked and all parts were still inside. There was no tape on the box to help secure contents and stop box from being opened.”

“I have given Power Tool World (PTW) an acceptable mark because of the problems I have had with the Evolution products that I purchased from them. You Tube is awash with people who have had the same problems with the Evolution mitre saw not being compatible with the Evolution mitre saw stand, surely someone at PTW must know? I do feel a bit rotten about this rating because apart from the incompatibility problem with the products the service was very good”
