Their description of product was misleading, the customer service was very poor. A Manager was meant to call me back and never did. With so much choice out there, I will never use this company Again

I bought a Bosch Lawn Mower. Unfortunately when l unpacked it. The Actual Blade Cutter and the wheels had a bit of grass on it.

Unfortunately they got my postcode wrong! Obviously the courier tried to deliver to the wrong address; and they couldn't/ wouldn't change the postcode on the order. Item has to go back via the courier, i get refunded, then I have to go back on the website to re-order. That's not going to happen. 🤨

This tool came arrived with the box gaping open. On checking found that Powertool World had opened the box, removed the battery and charger supplied with it, managed to lose the safety glasses. When challenged their customer services man told me what they did was absolutely fine, they split down all the time and it was Makita's fault that there were no safety glasses. I would not buy from Powertool World again

Hi , thank you for the feedback. We would like to apologise for the condition your parcel arrived in , this is something we have only recently discovered that the flap sealing the box sometimes comes undone during transit & have put a process in place to prevent it happening again. Not happy with regards the issue above. All it would have taken was to send out a replacement chain. After all it is brand new.

Absolutely shocking custom service and no one is bothered to help resolve situations that are completely out of the customers control. COMPLETELY BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY AND PURCHASE YOUR LASERS FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY

I would not even give you 1 star to be totally honest. Item I bought had a faulty charger so need to send videos as proof. In meantime got no charger. Nail gun has been nothing but problems since 1st day in use. Then just pass the book to hikoki. Not interested in helping. Rubbish service will definitely not be using again.

We would ask for a short video wherever possible to help solve the issue & I would like to apologise if it it came across as being palmed off . Hikoki have a fantastic system for getting you up & running with the minimum of fuss , it really does represent the best way to get your charger & any other problems sorted out. Absolutely shocking.Sent a tool returned by a previous owner , return owners letter still in the box, manual missing so clearly not examined on return.Two hours telex and phone calls later Ihad a 20mile round journey to take the tool back to a deliverypoint .no compensation.

I purchased a Makita cordless saw from yourselves which had no description of battery required. None of my existing Makita tool batteries would fit. I have had to return the saw and had to pay the return postage for an item that was not fit for purpose. I would not recommend using Power Tool World for purchasing online.

I contacted Power Tool World in regards to a refund of the faulty multi tool as I purchased another multi tool for the job I was on and I told that they could not give me a refund and that I had to contact Makita for them to repair. I’ve been waiting for them for over a week to collect it, very disappointing

Purchased a pressure washer for £500 and it was incomplete. Still not received the missing part 2 weeks later. Won't be using them again or recommending them to anyone.
