Hi,I don’t know how to contact you ,telephone no answer ,I called you 20 times,I sent back too you two items which I buy from you three weeks ago,one week ago you received,I have DHL tracker,why you not pay back my money???

Tbh I’m very surprised this company has requested feedback from me, ordered a DeWalt DCD444 from this site as it states its next day delivery, it was certainly not, after a few days over the expected delivery date I them began calling customer service to see what has gone so wrong, after multiple attempts at getting through to someone I was told their having warehouse upgrades and could not confirm when it would be dispatched, I’m sorry but this is unacceptable, it’s a 5 minute job to log in to your website and remove the next day option and put a statement saying your having a warehouse upgrade so there will be delays in dispatch. I’ll be sticking to Powertoolmate in the future

Sadly, not a helpful experience. I required a replacement battery for a Bosch hedge trimmer. Before purchasing one that appeared compatible, I gave your help line assistant the 10-digit code on the original Bosch battery & asked whether the product I was inquiring about was compatible. I was assured it was. It wasn't. Returning the useless battery was not easy & (not surprisingly) incurred a charge. Lastly, I am still waiting for my refund.

U need to change ur couriers I purchased items. 2/3 Working days it took. 5 days tried to call ur customer service a few times No answer

Ordered the cutter that was listed in stock, called three days later to be told they were waiting to receive it from their supplier. Was told they would let me know whether it was going to arrive that day then put on a Saturday morning delivery, heard nothing by 3 o clock that afternoon so called them eventually getting through after being knocked off hold at least 5 times. Received the cutter the following Wednesday after which the job I needed it for was completed by other means. Disappointed as the service and delivery used so good, products should not be listed as being in stock if they are not, if I knew I would have ordered it from trend direct and had it the next day.

At the moment very very disappointed with the service. After buying a Metabo asa 20 on the 28th May 2025 I have tried to send 2x emails and made 6 phone calls, as on the 9th June 2025 it stopped working!! Unable to get a response

Packaging of the item was insubstantial, it 'rattled' around in a thin box. I believe this may be the reason for the damage to the body of the product. Battery showed signs of heavy use, far beyond that of a QC process. I can only assume that this had already been returned and Power Tools were trying to resell. Unimpressed so far, will await and see if the replacement arrives and what condition this is in.

Not saying anything about it company. But bordering second time. And delivery its very bad. First time is arive late 2h. No message or anything. Second time should be 4pm, and not arive at all. Still waiting

Unfortunately, the time slots provided by DHL are only estimated and deliveries can arrive later or earlier than the allocated delivery slot. Road closures, driver sickness, traffic & vehicle breakdowns can all impact when orders arrive. Terrible customer service. No attempt to rectify issue until faulty one received. Wrongly expected a replacement to have been sent at same time as pick up of faulty one. Avoid and use local suppliers.

WELL - I ordered a Makita power tool. And I waited and waited. I emailed DHL - they ignored me (nothing new there I hear you say). I emailed Power Tool World. They told me DHL had lost the product but don't worry we will send you a replacement next day delivery. Still nothing !!!!

Misleading by listing items in stock to sell with next day delivery only to be delivered 10 days later. Contacting customer service was a waste of time as they didn't care at all. Buy from other website if you need your tools urgently.
