Was send used tool and I pay full price expected to get brand new tool . Very disappointed

Bought a makita impact drill only had it a week and smoke and burning smells stared coming from the drill when i asked about a refund they told me that it could not be returned as it was used very poor

Item arrived with wrong connections, telephoned shop and was asked to sent photos of wrong part, have never heard back, that was 2 weeks ago

I placed an order online to buy a set of 3 nail guns that were on offer and I also added a number of items to my basket to buy at a later date. I paid through PayPal and placed my order,all seemed great until 2 days later when checking the shipping tracking it was returned to the store because they can no longer ship to the canary islands. I called to see if was possible to arrange shipping with another shipping company and my paying extra money if necessary but they said it could not be arranged. I receive items from multiple other uk stores without having shipping problems,It makes no sense that in the current economic crisis such a large company cannot arrange shipping and therefore make more money from me and others in the same situation

UNfortunately was sent A saw without a case. Was told I could send it back or recieve £10 in lue of the case.... Two and a half weeks later still no £10 after being told 5 working days for refund to process... 1 week and enquiry about the £10 still not answered..... Disappointing

I only received part of my order. Items were missing and items I didn’t order were included in the parcel. I contacted Powertool World immediately, communication from them has been minimal, I have had to chase a number of times to try and find out about the missing items. Every reply has been the same, that they are waiting to hear from the delivery company. Poor communication and customer service.

Two delivery attempts were said to have been made but on one of the days we were present from 8am - 6pm without anyone trying to make a delivery. When I asked for it to be re-delivered i was told that that would not be possible and I would have to re-order. I was told that the battery would be refunded and 10 days later no refund as yet. Poor customer service at this time but I am hoping that they read this review and correct everything.

Didn't receive my order they requested it sent back to them from the courier, when asked to resend was told it arrived back to them damaged asked for proof and nothing was received back.

I’d like to say less than 1 star but it doesn’t allow it. Worst and rudest customer service I’ve ever had. I still have the faulty product they supplied without a refund!!

The chain was ok at first and made about 3 or four good cuts but it then came off and i noticed it had sheared on a couple of the links and the chain is now useless.

I bought an two items of you and one of them came faulty. When I waked the team to refund or send it back to change they did not agree. I had to ask Ebay to interviene to sort this problem out.
