“Responding to emails a week later and not being able to contact anyone via phone is not great for customer service. Although items were received (eventually) I would think twice about using PTW again.”

“Although when I received the tool from PTW there were some accessories missing. I fed this back to PTW and there addressed the problem promptly with no issues, the missing parts arrived 2 days later. Very good customer service.”
