“Hi Guys, Sorry to be critical but when I repeatedly tried to complete the return template to return the cutter for the above reason, it wouldn't send. So after trying several times to complete the, on line returns template, over a period I gave up and emailed you. You replied to my email in good time, saying that someone will contact me within 48hrs, When I was contacted by one of you help team, the guy said take a photo of the tool and email it to P.T.W. Unfortunately I struggled to do this. I can't actually remember if I did manage to send a photo or not, but it wouldn't show any detail if I did, (see above), therefore I gave up, exasperated that I couldn't use the tool as intended, and couldn't get any joy from P.T.W. to resolve the problem, because your correspondence system just stopped with no explanation. I know it is only a small, piddling order for an international operational concern such as yours, but that doesn't help me. On the other hand to me, it is a small, piddling problem, that is easy to sort out for any size of company with a customer satisfaction based ethos. Kind Regards, but disappointed Paul James”

“Good price but delivery was 5 days late, even after paying and receiving confirmation of Next Day Delivery. Tried calling PTW everyday after expected delivery date but got no answer to calls or emails (other than a generic response that wasn’t relevant to my correspondence).”
