“Will not use this company again. Delivery was very late and customer service was largely absent. There are much better companies to use which are more reliable and have first class customer service response.”

“I can't fault the tools or the speed of delivery. Excellent. However, if you do happen to have an enquiry of have to send something back, the telephone does not get answered. I only hope they had staff on holiday or off sick at the time I was ringing up, because if its like that all the time... it is very poor service for such a well advertised company.”
