As with all our customer orders, as soon as orders leave our warehouse and are scanned by our courier (DPD) customers receive an email notification allowing them to check the progress of their delivery and make certain changes if required. “One battery comes with original packet which is 2021 and one comes without original packet which is 2020, post man left the parcel next to my back garden door without notify me and I was waiting for the parcel, after one day I was checking my email I saw one email from Dpd when I was open email I saw my back garden door picture where he left the parcel, luckily no one took the the parcel,”

“I’ve always found ptw to be competitive on pricing and my delivery was well before date specified. But my only complaint is when I had to take something back that was damaged I had to chase things up. But once I did it things moved quickly And staff were very polite. Thanks Anthony.”

“First class. Ordered Friday night, delivered Saturday morning and afternoon. Thank you PYW However, I tried to charge the batteries up and the batteries won't charge the charger is faulty. I tried to charge the batteries on the charger that I already have but it would only charge one battery, so one of the batteries is faulty. one battery and the charger. haven't tried the tools or saw table yet”

“Everything was delivered as ordered, but was a day later than expected, all fine and well packed. Downside is that they weren't supply the pre-punched sandpaper to suit the Makita orbital sander that I needed and when it came the sander didn't include the punch plate to make the necessary holes in standard paper and they weren't able to supply either, so has involved a lot of extra time trying to get the plate from Makita which incidentally seems to be a further £23.00....nasty marketing by Makita and puts me off buying their tools again (always used them to date, so will be their loss)”

“Ptw advertised the product at one price on one website and then another more expensive price on their own website. This was eventually rectified. They also promised next day delivery for purchases over £50. I bought my Makita on a Friday and it was delivered the next Tuesday.”
