Ordered mak pac 3 cases when they arrived a day later had stickers of what was originally in there twin drill sets description new cases no inlays which I wanted for existing tools

The items did arrive. 24hrs late and with minutes to spare before I had to go elsewhere and buy them on the fly. I emailed the company as they were late but I didn't get a reply until after they were delivered. There was no late notice or anything like that. My guess is they didn't upgrade the postage to "next business day" Nice and polite response but that wouldn't have helped if they were too late for their intended use. Will order from these again but mindful they might not deliver on time so any time sensitive stuff will be ordered elsewhere.

had offer of next working delivery for free but didn't arrive for 3 days,so was disappointed as needed the purchase immediately,if the above would of happened more stars would of been awarded

Bought a cordless dewalt nail gun , I was aware it came in a plain box but was surprised that it didn’t come with any paperwork whatsoever, I would have thought it should have come with safety instructions at least , I did email and was sent a pdf set of instructions

Our customer support team would have provided a PDF copy so you had all of the information required for set up, so you could start using the product immediatly without having to wait for a paper copy to arrive in the post. The tool is great however I paid £10 for next day delivery before 10am and it did not turn up until 2 days after I ordered! I would like a refund of the delivery fee

Delivery was excellent. However I was surprised that the nail gun was an open box item - hence the 3* rating. This was not mentioned anywhere.

Quick response to my order , however the delivery company dpd failed to deliver and returned item back to power world. Awaiting a refund at the moment. A good company let down by the carrier

I find the saw difficult to control to make a clean cut, also a lot of the sawing energy goes up into my elbow making it painful to use over time.
