Website easy to work with. Pretty disappointed with the radio. £155 and it says a 6ah battery will last 20hrs. And a 3 9.5, but a 5ah won’t last 5, so be prepared to need 2 batteries if you want your radio to last a normal working day over volume 10. Apart from the runtime the radio itself is great.

Recently bought a 18v Makita Brad nailer. Wasn’t working when arrived. Obviously not power tool worlds fault but after reading lots of reviews. Decided the to just return rather than swap for a new one. (Still in my 14 day return period) they have asked for videos of machine not working to be able to send me a prepaid return ticket. Now they are saying money will only be reimbursed if they find a fault.(still in my return period) all reviews are saying they have had same issue on trust pilot. So now currently waiting to see if I get reimbursed. If so will buy again. If not would advise to stay clear. If reimbursed I would give 4 star if not then clearly a 1 star and £400 out of pocket

Very easy to order / use the website. Price of materials purchased was great compared to others. Package was of a good standard. Disappointment was the late delivery, and I completed order had to make a call on both the issues?

I am quite satisfied with your Company but your choice of courier needs urgent review. I asked for the package to be left by the gate, but it was thrown over the gate and landed on the concrete path. Fortunately the contents were not fragile and were undamaged but it could have turned out badly. This would deter me from ordering from you in the future.

Tools all arrived unboxed or, if boxed then not in original Dewalt packaging. Not sure what this implies, but didn’t fill me with huge confidence. One item had to be returned for exchange as it was damaged, probably in transit.

Good speedy delivery and exactly what I ordered. The downside was that it wasn't packaged very well and box was open when delivered!

Tool was advertised cheap which was fine.It was needed for a job and supposed to be delivered in3days max.took a week received no updates and the company phone line was out of order.

The plainer was delivered quickly, however I subsequently ordered a battery and it still hasn't arrived. I've just been told it'll be in the 14th. Not very happy at all.

Great Web site and great prices. Again penalised with extra postage cost because Northern Ireland is a far flung part of the UK. Then to really sweeten the deal most of my order didn't arrive. Still waiting on the remainder of the order from the 25th November. Maybe I'll get it for the Black Friday Sale next year.

The price and delivery were good but the charger wasn't as advertised and is a 4amp charger for 5amp batteries. Not ideal.

This company are fast and efficient with your order so for me they deserve 5 stars however returning items is the downfall I had a faulty Makita battery and wanted it repaired or swapped out but the only option they gave me was to contact Makita and return it to them which now involves a lot of messing about So for me. 3 star rating is a true reflection

My purchase was easy and delivered quickly. Unfortunately I had to return my purchase due to a fault. My initial contact with customer service was very fast and seemingly professional but unfortunately that didn't last long. At some point they dropped the ball and failed to reply to my two follow up emails to find out what was happening with my refund. I waited a full seven working days and ended up ringing and speaking with them directly. The young lady who dealt with me on the phone was very helpful and extremely apologetic after seeing no one had got back to me. My refund was processed within 24 hours of the call, which was fine.
