Chain saw arrived in a badly beaten up box covered in sellotape. The serial number on the box did not match the serial number on the chain saw. Bosch did accept the serial number on the saw for the guarantee. Hopefully this was an unused saw and not a returned refurbished product.

Quick delivery however one of the batteries was in an open box and was missing the battery cover.

I like the performance of the tool, nothing exceptional. However, I was very disappointed that it would not work with a compatible 5.0Ah battery, like all my other Bosch tools. I had to buy a Bosch battery to get it going. It took a number of trips to experts to ascertain why the tool wasn't working. Bit of a let down.

Item is good ordered on a Thursday night payed for next day didn't receive it until the next Monday thought I would of got it on Saturday

PTW packaging non-existent. Just the unsealed Makita box. Would have expected some nylon banding or at least the box sealed with some tape. DPD delivery fine.

Very happy with mower but the promotion that was supposed to give a spare battery for Maketa tools did not happen waited patiently for free battery got code then nothing it did say that you’d have to wait a month for battery to arrive but it’s been nearly two months any chance power tool world can sort this out .

My 'complaint' is that the delivery firm wound up going to the wrong address whilst I was waiting in for the aforesaid delivery. Imagine my utter surprise when I received an email saying that your driver had turned up to my place, but I was out! Absolute nonsense! To add insult to injury, in the email telling me that I was 'out', a picture was attached showing a shot of a front garden that I hadn't got a clue as to where it had been taken! Now come on - with all the technology around today, whether via a tablet, smartphone or even a laptop, not to be able to find my postal address is a joke! I've only been living here for 30 years! Luckily, I spoke to a very helpful lady at Power Tool World, who re-directed your driver to where I do actually live. To use that well-known phrase, it's hardly rocket science, is it?

Items were delivered on the porch. If the neighbour did not spot this the tools would have been stolen.

THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS THE POOR PACKACHING,THE MAKERS BOX HOLDING THE ROUTER WAS INTACT.
