The drill was received within a couple of days. we used the drill for the first time to drill two holes in wood when smoke started billowing out the vents on the back of the drill. i contacted power tool world to get it exchanged, which seemed easy but its taken well over a week for the new one to arrive after retuning the old one within a couple of days. fingers crossed the new drill will last longer.

The item required was in stock and delivery was very prompt. However, in spite of repeated requests for a VAT invoice none has been forthcoming. Good luck to any customer who has problems with a tool or a delivery: you won't be able to contact anyone in Power Tool World!

Product is good, unfortunately the delivery company Power Tool World use are not (DPD). Delivery was 2 days later than it should have been and tracking was non existent.

Ordered a new table saw on a Wednesday with free next day delivery, but i received the saw the following Tuesday, kept getting emails say its going to be delivered the next day only to receive an email on the day at dinner time to say its delayed and will be delivered the next day this happend every day until I received the parcel on the following Tuesday and on the day it did get delivered I got a call from DPD asking if still wanted a parcel picking up 🙄 the table saw is good but the delivery was awful.

Didn’t get a vat receipt, paper one with tool , got to print it off computer and by printers broken Asked customers services if they could send me one by post , said they could not Would not use them again , How hard is it to put an invoice receipt ,will goods you purchase

3 stars because of the awful service from DPD. They sent half my order to the wrong depot so had to wait longer which meant I had to put a job on hold for a couple of days

Ordered mak pac 3 cases when they arrived a day later had stickers of what was originally in there twin drill sets description new cases no inlays which I wanted for existing tools

The items did arrive. 24hrs late and with minutes to spare before I had to go elsewhere and buy them on the fly. I emailed the company as they were late but I didn't get a reply until after they were delivered. There was no late notice or anything like that. My guess is they didn't upgrade the postage to "next business day" Nice and polite response but that wouldn't have helped if they were too late for their intended use. Will order from these again but mindful they might not deliver on time so any time sensitive stuff will be ordered elsewhere.
