“I think power tool world did well in terms of the product price and dispatch time. However DHL delivered it to a totally different address which I then had to try and find through the picture that was left in my email. When I got there the box had been opened.”

“Purchased a Milwaukee M12 BPS-421X 12v Sub Compact Polisher/Sander Inc 1x 4.0Ah & 1x 2.0Ah Battery from Power Tool World. This should have been in a dedicated Milwaukee case, but what got delivered was all of the individual components of the kit, plus some foam, which I was supposed to pluck out the shapes with a case for a drill! No where did it state that when I placed my order, I would not be getting the kit I ordered from them, but a DIY kit to make up after removing the internals from the case!! I know it’s petty, but I expect to receive what I ordered. The parcel also arrived poorly taped and was completely open on arrival!”
